Boston Market is great when they have them in the area. However, the company did a great disservice when they closed all stores in Cincinnati and Columbus. Not good for the customers in those areas!

I had a bogo coupon for 2 individual rotisserie meals. The food was hot and tasty. I do t go here often, but they do have a good product.

I went today, 7/17/22 and the blonde haired guy at the window drive through was an absolute gem, upscale sales, very welcoming and just delivered great service. This was at the W. Broad Street location. He is a keeper and the food is very good.

The guy in the window had a great personality. Eve. Suggested what I might wanna try the next time I come back. Food as great. The cheesecake was beyond good and tasty. Everything was as expected. Service was perfect and spot on.

Fast friendly service every time. Food is always consistent. The drive through is fast also. Very clean operation. Convenient location. Good view of the highway.

Wonderful counter and table service. Not only do they plate ample portions of their wonderful rotisserie chicken and sides, but they bring it to your table. The woman taking care of guests the night I dined in was exquisite. She was able to make each of the diners feel well cared for and special. She said she loved her job and anyone could tell this was the case. I will return and encourage friends to dine at this location.
