Papa Johns Pizza

They are legitimately the ONLY pizza place🍕I will order from and only one that I have ordered from in quite some time, and that's for multiple reasons. The first and arguably one of the most important reasons why is because the food is always yummy🤤, delivered literally steaming hot♨️, it's very reasonably priced, and of the multiple different delivery drivers that's delivered my food they've all been very polite and respectful. The second reason being that my order has ALWAYS on time and if for whatever reason there happens to be an issue with the order **which happened once and that was the bottle of pop I wanted another driver who was not my delivery driver had taken the last one of that kind** they called me immediately to see what I wanted instead. The third reason is when downloading/using the Papa John's app and ordering your food that way each & every order total goes towards the $10 of free Papa Dough you get with every $75 spent and that be used towards everything on the menu and with this location/app it actually works. Fourth and final reason I'll list {there's a couple more but I feel there's more than enough reasons above to hopefully convince anyone that happens to stumble across and see👀 or read👓 this review📝} is that I've NEVER experienced an issue of any kind during the almost 9 months I've been ordering from here like I did almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I either did or attempted to order from the Canal Winchester Domino's location. Probably seems or sounds like I'm being dramatic/over-exaggerating but I'd seriously have to use both of my hands✋🏼🤚🏼to count the sheer amount of times using the pizza tracking part of the Domino's app it'd go from saying "order is in oven & etc .." to it then getting cancelled for usually, but not always, lack of delivery drivers**}. So to say I'm grateful for this place is putting it MILDLY lol😂

I think it is very important for me to mention that this review of this specific visit to this particular Papa Johns is being given from the experience of a door dash driver. I received the order on my DoorDash app and accepted it quickly. I arrived to pick it up from the Papa Johns store within a few mins of receiving the order and to my surprise the items my customer had ordered were already finished and ready to pickup and be delivered. The employee who I spoke to at the counter and handed me the items that were to be delivered was very quick, friendly and even put forth the extra care to double check and confirm the order was correct and complete before I left the store.

Usually I go for Dominos but wanted something different. Placed an order tonight with Papa Johns and I happened to read reviews AFTER I ordered. I immediately thought "uh oh. here we go". Pleasantly surprised! Site said 30-40 minutes, it got here in 20 minutes, I got my entire order and the food was good. Delivery driver was also extremely friendly. No complaints here.
