The Indianola BK is always a solid choice. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. Maybe it’s just me, but I absolutely love the 1990’s interior. It could use a good scrub through.

A bunch of the staff are really friendly, makes the place feel more welcome, the food is really good as well, everynow and then it can be a bit overcooked but in the end it's still a nice place to go if you got a couple of bucks.

Never too busy, always gets my Heavy Pickles order right, and the older gentleman manager is the best restaurant manager I have ever witnessed.

Just went through the drive thru at 1130 pm after a horrible customer service experience at a different restaurant. Order was completed correctly and quickly with pleasant service (she wasn't wearing a name tag so I didn't get her name but she deserves a big shout out for de-escalating a couple of frustrated, "hangry" people. Well done!)

It is a burger king, so not sure what most people are expecting in atmosphere/quality of food. The reason I am giving it a five star rating is because it is one of the only places in the Columbus area that doesn't constantly get my order wrong. When I am driving away, I know I received what I actually ordered.

I've been meaning to review this location for a while. I used to come here in 2015 and early 2016. The staff was very kind. At that time, the restaurant itself was not upgraded or fancy but the food & service was 5 stars. I no longer live in the area but I have good memories of this place.

Never had a bad experience with this location. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Food is fresh, hot, and correct.
This isn't the most 'up-to-date' location, but they do make a tasty burger.

Super nice staff. The whoppers were put together nicely!! Usually everything is falling out of the buns! The dining room was nice and clean. Big big improvement!!!

This Place Rocks, I've had a couple of times though my food was less then perfect. However, they have such a good speed of service and customer service oriented employees I am willing to let it slide.

My experience was good! The employees were all very nice especially the short hair woman who greeted me and took my order! (Think her name was Monica)Food was great! Everything was good just didn't like the bathrooms. (Minus 1 star)
