Potbelly Sandwich Shop

Great service fresh fast food!! I work in the area so I eat there frequently. The mature brunette lady that works there is always in a bad mood. I believe she is the first shift manager. The atmosphere and the workers are more joyous when she is not there. She rolled her eyes at me today and that’s was unacceptable. I’m going to take my lunches later just so that I don’t have to get bad energy on my food.

When we placed our order all service members were incredibly helpful as it was our first time in to a Potbelly, but it was later when I realized I had left my purse behind and they were kind enough to remove it from the chair in the lobby and hold it in the back until I could return later that day. I rarely see such service oriented employees and with a genuinely happy demeanor toward customers, so it was really refreshing and left a great impression. The food was delicious too so we'll definitely be heading back this way.

First time I ever ate here. I got the sandwich and soup deal. I picked the Italian Sandwich and Broccoli and Cheese soup. Both were DELICIOUS! Only thing I WISH they had was dressing. It would of been much better with Italian Dressing. They only have seasoning. I'm a picky eater. But I enjoyed this meal! And I enjoyed the pictures I was able to view while eating lunch! A nice little cozy place to grab a quick bite!

1st time going to Potbelly. I would go back. I ordered a hot meatball sub with cheese on multi grain. The roll was nicely toasted. The sandwich has hot and tasty. Of course I shouldn't have, but did get a large chocolate chip cookie and a bag of chips. Ate in the restaurant. Patrons were a nice mix of blue and white collar folks. There were cops, ems, construction workers as well as smartly dressed people having a working lunch. The staff were helpful, courteous, enthusiastic and made recommendations.

I've seen this restaurant many times from route 315 and never had the time to stop in but from now on it's going to be a standard stopping place for me and my family. The sandwiches we had were fantastic way above my expectations and my family's expectations.. They beat their competitors hands down!! Stop and give them a try you will not be disappointed..
