Taco Bell

I drive out of my way to get to this taco bell, especially late at night. I've probably been to half the taco bells in Columbus and dealt with crazy slow service, rude employees, and subpar quality control. This taco bell excells above the rest. They never get my order wrong and they never skimp on portions. Thanks for your hard work, guys!

My favorite Taco Bell has always been the one on 5th Ave (Columbus, OH) but this one is equally AMAZING!! I had almost no wait time and food/order was PERFECT. Frank took my order which I ordered fresco (remove dairy and add tomatoes). I then ordered nacho fries and he had the forethought to ask me if I wanted guacamole to dip my nacho fries in since that was dairy free and the cheese it comes with is clearly not. No one has EVER asked me that before. I said yes please! He was super nice at the window. Then when I got my food my veggie Fiesta burrito was actually VERY well filled with vegan goodness!! Usually they're crazy small, especially when made fresco. Hats off to Frank and the cook for making my day!! The guacamole with the fries was AMAZING! I'll be doing that again. I'll be coming back to this location often! 🩵

Adding this review as I've been through the drive thru about a dozen times and I've never been disappointed with the service, doesn't matter what time of day. Fast, friendly, fresh food. What more could you ask for. It's consistent! There is one employee who has the most humble and down to earth personality when speaking over the intercom I've ever come across with fast food. Super patient and actually gives a sense that he cares about your experience. With that said, all the other employees are pretty chill as well and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. Kudos! I haven't run across anyone rude or pushy. Sure, they may be busy, but maybe they are wanting you to actually order something; get to the point and move the line forward. Have at least *some* sense of what you want before getting to the speaker. If you are so inept at ordering possibly consider walking in so you can make your deliberations. I've never had a bad order here, ever. Everything has been 100% correct, and the food was always 100% what I expected. So good job Taco Bell people. I'll come here even if it's 10 minutes further than the one by me (which is out of common items 1/2 the time somehow).

Whenever we do a late-night Taco Bell run, this is the one that usually gets our orders right. The only thing is that the line around the building can get really long. Black bean chalupas and crunch wraps with rice and potatoes as vegan substitutions pair really well with the host sauce. Service is quick once you pay at the window.

It feels odd rating a Taco Bell 5 stars, but I've been here multiple times and every time the food is hot, my order is made correctly, the service is fast, and they always have Baja Blast (unlike so many other Taco Bells that run out and don't seem concerned about having their signature Mountain Dew flavor in stock). Here is a Taco Bell that deserves a full 5 stars and ought to be proud of the work they're doing and the service they're providing. This one ought to be a training site for all other Taco Bells in the area.
