I always avoided this location because of the poor reviews on here but recently started to give it a shot. Been here 4 times so far and have had nothing but good experiences. Nice staff and good food/service.

We got a Chino manager and a black young lady manager and they both unprofessional to the hours of lunch and almost into dinner you cannot get no toilet paper in the bathroom and they cannot make their sandwiches correctly very very very unprofessional you'll need to get it together McDonald's quit hiring ratchets

This is one of the slowest places in Columbus. If you pressed for time don't go here. Staff was great.

Went around 10. Went through the drive thru and about 5 car’s orders were taken before mine on the right. So I waited a while before my order was taken. Food was hot and good, and the workers were polite.

I stopped in here to grab breakfast this morning around 9:45a. They were slammed, but the woman running register and the kitchen manager were both very friendly and apologized for the delay. When the food came out, it was hot and delicious! That's hard to find when a place is so short-staffed and busy! Well done!

Food was fresh. Fry's and nuggets were crisp outside and juicy inside. The Pepsi was perfect, Not watered down like the others. The ladies at the windows was kind, has smiles and even asked us how we were doing! No other McDonald's has done that. For once the taste of the food was worth the money we spent.
