No way the Burger King can be okay with this s-show. The restaurant does NOT have A/C and hasn't had it in quite some time (if you hear the folks that work there tell it) - why the door was propped open. They can't even bother to replace the bulbs in the menu so you can see what you want to order at night. Why ended up walking into the store which was a filthy, dirty and hot mess.
I stayed at the Hampton Inn behind this place and flew in late and could NOT believe what I saw. This is an absolute disgrace to the brand. No excuse.

The fries were so stale they were barely edible, chicken nuggets barely much better, and to round out my meal, the drink machine in the understandably empty dining room was inoperable so I had to wait for one of the two employees to finish with her phone for a tiny cup of ice water. I would suggest another location, as I first attempted, only to find it oddly closed, if not a different chain or restaurant altogether.

I don’t know why I bothered to come back. With the exception of one older woman with brown hair who is very sweet despite always being one of two staff members on shift and having to run around frantically- everyone else is either rude or they just don’t care.
Just got to the drive thru; the menu isn’t changed to breakfast and sat and the speaker for 4 minutes. I said ‘good morning?’... nothing. Checked google to make sure they were open. Yup. Drove around the building. Lights are on, cars (presumably employee cars as no customers inside) in lot. Made eye contact with a worker inside- she turned away. Went back to drive thru and still no response. Last time I came they gave me the wrong food and told me that’s what I ordered - when the only enjoyable employee I mentioned earlier explained to her that the menu isn’t updated and what’s listed as a number #3 is actually not what’s in the computer.
I’ve sat in the line as one of three cars for 30 minutes because they rarely have more than two people working and employees are rude and short. Their outside menu is falling apart, they’re almost always out of a food item or their fryer is broken or their credit card machine is down or they don’t have iced tea today (...)
If you can’t staff a popular fast food franchise with enough staff and can’t find enough competent, customer service oriented employees- just shut down.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was so disappointed with this location so I figured I'd warn others. I was deciding between Tim Hortons and Burger King. I obviously made the mistake of choosing this awful place! Once I arrived at their location I noticed the cook outside smoking. He quickly rushed inside when I pulled up. I seen that they had something new and appealing on the menu (Cheesy Tots) so I asked for that. The employee said they were out. Oh well. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. I got my food and rushed home. I noticed my hash browns weren't in the bag so I drove back up there and asked for the hash browns that I paid for. When I arrived I noticed the cook outside once again smoking. He then rushed inside when he seen me pull up. (Not the best first or second impression) The guy threw cold hash browns in the bag and sent me on my way with a very unfriendly "Sorry". The food was disgusting and tasted very old as if it was warmed up in the microwave then sat out for an hour. The service was horrible and I didn't even get a receipt for my order. Everything was just a big disappointment! DO NOT waste your money here.

I love Burger King and have since I was a kid. This is, by far, the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I feel terrible for the staff who seem miserable. The drive-through takes forever. Food is often cold. I do not blame the staff there, at all. They can only do what they can do but they need some help or maybe some better management. Really too bad.

Have you ever thought employees were actively trying to get a restaurant closed? That would be this place. Went on Nov. 15, 2018 at 1:46 pm. Two employees were constantly yelling. The guy making the sandwiches just looked confused and lost. After 12 minutes I finally got my order and it was wrong. Save your money, save your sanity and eat somewhere else. Or don’t eat at all it’s got to be better then going to this Burger King.

I am getting really tired of this place. I've lived near this store for 2+ years and it's service is getting worse and worse. The most recent being when I called ahead to place an order so I could pick it up quickly. First 3 times I called no one picked up. I called again 30 minutes later and a guy picked up and said he can't take an order over the phone. I was confused since I've done this at other Burger King locations previously and asked him about it. He just replied, "Well I don't" and hung up on me. I don't think I'm ever buying from any Burger King again. Especially this one.

Update 3/11/2018:
Since my original review, I have tried to give them another chance on two occasions.
The first time, I placed my order at the drive-thru, and before I could get a total they said their system went down and it would be 15 minutes before I could order food.
The second time, I was greeted by a sign in the drive-thru saying that I would have to come inside to order.
Both were in the middle of the day.

As someone who has worked near this Burger King for 11 years, I will tell you this Burger King has been a trainwreck the entire time. It amazes me that it's still open.
The last time I was there, they got my order wrong in the drive thru. Instead of getting a meal, they rang me up for just an order of fries. Upon pointing out the mistake, they added the meal, but left the extra order of fries on the order.
I said I didn't want the extra fries. The employee didn't know how to take them off the order. Their solution was to keep the extra fries on the order, but leave them out of the bag. I had to park and go inside to get refunded. They kept my receipt after the refund, which prevented me from taking their customer satisfaction survey.
In the past, I have been met with lack of products, no response at the drive-thru and the soda machine not being stocked.
The 5th avenue Burger King may have a reputation for being a horrible place to have a burger, but this one is quite possibly worse.
