No matter what time of day or what you order, the food is always hot and fresh. I travel all the way from Finneytown to this location. This location has two drive-thru's and a clean eating area inside. Worth the travel.

This particular Popeye's is one of my favs because whether I'm picking up for Uber eats or myself the staff are always quick and friendly. Sometimes the drive thru can be a challenge but I understand because the food is worth the wait. There is one young lady by the name of Essence that is a very special part of the staff to me. She was so kind, friendly and over accommodating. She absolutely made my day!

Got dinner via Grubhub and was impressed by how fresh and hot the food was, everything was delicious. I had the ghost pepper wings, and my friend had a meal. I will definitely eat here again tomorrow night lol...thanks for doing a great job even at closing time!

For it to be a long wait because she was by herself up front taking orders and making orders service was great I didn't mind waiting she was honest respectful and still made sure I had everything and knew ahead of time to please be patient cause she's alone. 5⭐s

Loretta the Manager was the best part of my visit. You can tell she loves her customers and will do what it takes to make sure your food is hot, tasty and on time. It’s so nice to see someone who enjoys her job. I will definitely be back!

The place was clean and Wi-Fi available. The fried chicken tasted juicy but I ordered spicy one which tasted not spicy at all. They probably put a wrong order. The gravy on mashed potato was plain. The biscuit tasted great with self serving jams.

I woke up craving Popeyes biscuits and so I hop on the app to search for them.
Once I found the selection for biscuits, I could only select 1 or 6 biscuits and unfortunately, I only wanted 2. But in order to get 2, I had to order a full meal😡😡. Once I got the order, they gave me an extra biscuit that I didn’t pay for but I only ordered 2 so in total, I had 3… I was furious. But once I started to eat, I instantly fell in love with those dry, buttery biscuits and that crunchy, crusted chicken. It was so good!

I had the honor of eating the new Popeyes chicken sandwich at the Popeyes on campus. Man.....it literally took me 4 bites to get through this delicious sandwich! 10/10 the service was excellent the customer appreciation was excellent and I believe they cooked it a little special for me. Note to others ask for extra sauce and extra pickles it’s worth the up charge!
