The new technology is interesting. You have to get QR codes before getting your drink. You only get 3 refills per drink order.

I like how they have kiosks to take my order so I can customize it perfectly. But because of the kiosk, there is very little service. If you need anything, you have to go to the counter and wait for someone to see you.

I think all steak n shakes have sticky floors but it was extra sticky this day..I ate inside and no body even greeted or checked on us while eating. The kiosks are cool but it would’ve been nice to have been greeted or asked how my dining experience was and it was dirty. My friend tried to play their game in there too but it was broken.

There was a young gentleman working the window during the lunch rush today that was patient, kinda and hardworking! Taking orders and running orders out. I can tell they are understaffed like most places but the service and food was worth providing positive feedback. Even with a wait the food was hot when it was brought out. Would come back here before going to the double arches next door!

The place was pretty empty when we stopped in but the drive through was doing a brisk business. I really like the kiosk ordering. I think it allows them to stay functioning, and it’s easy to order through. They should be paying their workers a living wage without tips, the tip screen doesn’t make sense without a server and I have to wonder if tips actually make it to the employees. Kids milkshakes were up quick, food took about 15 min. Place was clean enough. Floor a bit sticky.

I use the drive thru. Like everyone else, they have staffing issues. I stop about twice a month. Mostly they have been very timely and accurate. More importantly, the have always gotten my order correct. As usual the food is very good 👍. This location works hard to provide quality service...5 stars 🌟
