Wow!!! Horrible unclean establishment. They would be better to make this an express and close the seating area. Disgrace for Pizza Hut! Remodel and clean up. People seemed friendly, pizza not as good as other pizza huts. But you feel dirty just being in here.

I ordered from this pizza hut last night. I ordered the family size meaty marinara pasta. I got a text that it was out for delivery at 4:55pm. It came at 5:50pm. It was barely warm but that was fine. I started to eat it and noticed a weird taste. I thought maybe it was just me but then I took a bite of the other container of pasta. It tasted like there was nail polish remover in it. It was a mouthful of a chemical taste. I called this location and explained what happened. The gentleman I spoke with was super apologetic and got the manager for me. She was also super apologetic and explained that their driver got into an accident and they didnt have a driver. I explained to her at this point I didn't trust eating their food and just wanted a refund. She was extremely nice and understanding. My money was returned to me an hour later.

If I could give negative stars I would, after placing an order we were told it would be 30 minutes for delivery. So when 12:40 came around there still was no pizza. Called the store no one answers and was stuck listening to hold music for 20 minutes when someone just straight hung up on us! Another 30 minutes later and finally the delivery driver saunters up to the door as if he was having the most wonderful smooth jazz picnic of his life just doing whatever he please as slow as he wanted. I will never order Pizza Hut again worst service ever.

The pizza was made with a caring touch, hot , had the right portions, fresh, and non contact is wonderful!
The gentleman who brought my pizza to the car followed the directions , and wow he was very polite, he was outstanding!
Keep up the great job, I am sooooo happy the Pizza Hut is living up to the Pizza Hut standards and I do not have to drive 20 mins to get a delicious Pizza Hut pizza!

Get home after a 20 hour day at work and my pizza is burnt to a risp. Inedible. Offer to exchange, but who decided to put that pizza in a box and think that is acceptable. Will never order from this location again. Too many other options! And had to pick it up because they cannot staff their restaurant. Just close it and get it over with. You guys are in over your heads.

I ordered online Saturday night for delivery. I got a call a few minutes later from the store informing me that they were running behind, they only had one delivery driver. I only live five minutes away so I said it wasn't a problem, I could come pick it up.
I was told they were canceling my online order and refunding my card so for me to just pay with cash for the carryout. I thought that was a bit strange as I'm sure people pay for carryout with a card too. But knowing they were busy and short handed I agreed thinking maybe it's easier for them or something. I go to pick up my order, I sent my niece in with $45. She wasn't given change which it would have only been a few cents so I let it go.
Today, Monday I checked my bank account and see that I was charged twice by Pizzahut and only had one reversal. I called the store and explained what happened. It was verified that I was charged twice and I shouldn't have been. I went to the store and had a refund done for my card. I was told the general manager would call me today at 4pm. It's clear that I was charged twice and my cash was taken. The general manager never called me. Watch your money with this place.

The last 3 times I've ordered from this location there hasn't been a delivery driver so they don't charge me the delivery fee and I go pick it up. Tonight I decided to just order carryout and avoid being told there was no driver. The estimated time of my food getting done was 10:50PM. I got there at 10:52PM and the doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Someone finally answered at 11:01PM and said that they throw away all the food at 11PM. I won't be ordering from this location again.

open!!!!! The only time I order from this one is when conditions are bad out. Because this one is "considered my location" My order is almost never correct and the pizza is disgusting. It comes cold and barely cheese on it but tons of sauce. Its always late. The management and employees are rude and do not know what they are doing. I'm so irritated with my order I just received. Not only was there pieces of chicken missing(2) from and 8 piece. My crust flavor I selected for one of the pizzas was not on it. Barely any cheese on either one. But they charge 2.00 extra to say extra cheese although they didn't put enough on it to begin with. I am completely done with pizza hut at this point.
