Dunkin'

I recently moved nearby a Dunkin' donuts and after trying them, I feel they're much better than Tim Hortons which is who we typically went to for donuts and they are slightly closer. Duncan's are fresher & the icing on the top is not dry. The issue I have is that we typically order less than a half a dozen (which comes in a box) but get anywhere from 2 to 4 at a time of the iced sprinkle Donuts and they ALWAYS put them stacked in a bag so that the icing from one peels off/sticks to the other and/or onto the bag as shown. I'm not sure why they don't have a better means of packaging these for their customers. I have even requested that they separate the donuts so that they're not stacked on top of one another and while they do so with no issue, they felt like putting the first iced donut in the bag upside down was a bright idea. I spent more time getting the donut out of the bottom and scraping the icing off of the bags. Don't get me wrong, the employees are extremely friendly I just think this is an issue that the franchise needs to figure out. Will continue to go but may have to adjust the method in which we order as well as what we order.

The customer service was really good but they did forget about my order even though there were no one there. The place is clean and a lot of seating around. The Parkin lot is a decent size too. They do have drive through too (in case you need a fast afternoon coffee pick me up). Overall is good compare to others location.
