Sandwich was tasty and fresh. Had a coupon, but didn't have a data connection so it wouldn't show up despite having a coupon number associated. They said they had to scan it and couldn't just enter the numbers (which is inconvenient), but I finally got a connection and the QR code to show up. I k

I've eaten here at different times of day, the food is always well made, hot and fresh. Service is quick. My orders are always correct, even when ordered via the app.

THIS IS RESTAURANT CLOSED NOW! Unfortunately I am not sure which Rally's this is for but I am rating the one on Morse Rd. I go there for banana milkshakes for my dad. One day it was open and the next day all signs were down 👎😔 CLOSED! WITHOUT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS! NOT COOL!
burgers and fries taste awesome but they do mistakes for orders a lot.
Big Buford is the best double burger around. Fries are just as good. Great seasoning .
Latest visit was not so good. Big Burford was very dry. Needed more sauce and condiments. Disappointed
The location on high street in Columbus Ohio makes much better sandwiches than the one In Lancaster Ohio.
I used to work for rally off and on 9 years so I know the right ways and wrong ways and I could tell the young girl was pretty new to it all but she help her own and was very friendly and on top of exciting the order I wish I caught her name so I could do a survey but gotta say high st I haven't had
I kind of like what they're doing now, putting people that have ordered in the parking lot, and running their order out to them, rather than keep a huge drive thru line.
Best burger ever, really delicious and the fries were awesome. Funnel cake fries were crispy and sweet, bacon burger was awesome. They have great deals too!!
