Thank you. Your food along with proper hydration & time sobered me up enough to drive home so I didn’t have to Uber back to my apartment and go get my car the next day. Much appreciated, Rally’s!

Sandwich was tasty and fresh. Had a coupon, but didn't have a data connection so it wouldn't show up despite having a coupon number associated. They said they had to scan it and couldn't just enter the numbers (which is inconvenient), but I finally got a connection and the QR code to show up. I know the coupon issue isn't their fault, but it could be an inconvenience for others. The corporate office should look into that issue.

Big Buford is the best double burger around. Fries are just as good. Great seasoning .
Latest visit was not so good. Big Burford was very dry. Needed more sauce and condiments. Disappointed
The location on high street in Columbus Ohio makes much better sandwiches than the one In Lancaster Ohio. Very good in Cols.

I've eaten here at different times of day, the food is always well made, hot and fresh. Service is quick. My orders are always correct, even when ordered via the app.

THIS IS RESTAURANT CLOSED NOW! Unfortunately I am not sure which Rally's this is for but I am rating the one on Morse Rd. I go there for banana milkshakes for my dad. One day it was open and the next day all signs were down 👎😔 CLOSED! WITHOUT NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS! NOT COOL!
