Worst kfc ever , the people on the speakers always seem to have an attitude or rush you and then can never get your order right . I ask for no ice in my drink i get ice , i ask for extra cheese and i get home to a bowl with NO cheese i had to ask for my side of extra gravy twice and thank gosh i did because there was barley any gravy on the bowl to begin with ! My cookies were smashed at the bottom not even in the bag with the food . Just ridiculous. On top of that my boyfriend asked for a chicken sandwich which they said they were out of then said they had to them asking me 2 times regular or spicy i say regular we get home what do you know it’s spicy. Always out of something or nothing is correct. My daughter loves kfc but i will no longer go there until some things are completely fixed

The WORST experience ever. Spent $75. The biscuits hard as a rock. The corn looked like it was 5 days old. The gravy was poured on top of the potatoes instead of a side dish and it was not hot, like it had sat out for some time. The chicken, well half the bucket was ok. The other half was so greasy. I will NOT be going to this location again. As a matter of fact I may not bother with KFC at all. I visited on 7/17/2022 at approximately 12;30 PM. Me and my family are totally disappointed. I am sick and tired of paying this kind of money for food where over half was thrown away. SHAME ON YOU KFC.

I ordered online at 8pm and received the order confirmation saying my order will arrive at 9:06pm. At 9:06pm I got an order update saying my driver is heading to the store. I tried tracking at 9:30pm same status saying my driver is heading to the store. Please don’t make a mistake to order here. I wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I used to work at this location years ago, and it seemed like a nice place at the time. Now, not so much. I went a few weeks ago to the drive thru with a coworker, said they couldn’t take 2 orders at the window, so we went inside. On that visit, they took a while to make small combos when there were no cars in drive thru or customers in the store besides us (which is inconvenient especially when you only get 30 mins for a lunch). Now today, my coworker and I went for lunch, knowing that they wouldn’t place 2 orders in the drive thru we saved ourselves the hassle and tried to go inside. As I’m opening the door, a young blonde worker says “we’re closed inside but we’re open for drive thru” I specifically asked her “are you able to take more than one order at the drive thru, she assured me that they could. We go to the drive thru, order the first meal, then as we’re starting to relay the second order a woman tells us that they can’t do more than one order in drive thru. We told her the woman standing outside JUST told us they could. Instead of making it right for us or comprising so we would give the establishment money, they refused and we went without eating here.
