Being on campus this McDonald's usually has a steady flow of folks coming in/out to eat at all times of the day. There are a few here who work the front line that REALLY make you feel welcome and are helpful in a genuine way. Besides McDs coffee the only thing I usually order is the sausage breakfast burritos. This location is one of the few that has them any time of the day and they are FANTASTIC! I have had to return burritos once at this location and it was handled perfectly. My most recent visit to this location was PERFECT. I truly believe that if all McDs burritos were like the ones I received this time it would become their top seller. I know this is a LOT about burritos but anyone that orders the burritos often at McDs (all locations) knows your taking a gamble at what you get. I have DOZENS of pix of bad burritos that were amongst other issues, served to me 11 hours after being made(staff told me this!), burritos that are SMALLER then the salsa packets served with them, some that the tortilla was so old /reheated so much they were translucent, and the worst was when THEY KNEW how bad they were so they picked/pulled off the rock hard burrito parts and served me a mangled mess. If you have made it through my yimmering about the burritos I hope the message that this McDs location has always been a great experience for me.

Went there for breakfast and the lady at the front counter was super friendly. Steak egg and cheese bagel was fresh and the best that you can expect from a McDonald’s. Very large lobby with an upstairs, pretty cool. Giving 4 starts because it does not have a drive through.

The organization of the sauce event was nonexistent, the line had zero organization and the management were unclear and many thought the 25 total was a farce. There were over a hundred or 2 people waiting and they kept waiting because of the lack of organization on the management side

They were completely unprepared for the Szechuan sauce event, and didn't tell anyone waiting how limited the number of sauce/posters they had leading to them running out of both immediately, and forcing the majority of people most of which had been waiting an hour or more to leave. Highly disappointed, highly annoyed. Would have loved to not have wasted my time. Didn't even get the chicken I wanted as I refused to wait 30 minutes or more to order. Poor planning leads to poor performance.

I often come to this McDonalds two or three times a week. Employees are always rude. They give me a Dixie cup for water when I ask for a large cup and then proceed to tell me I have to pay for a large cup of tap water! I have never heard of such a thing. Absolutely ridiculous to treat your customers that way. I work in the restaurant industry and would never refuse a customer a PAPER cup no matter what size. Cheap!

I have been to this location dozens of times, However after the way my family and myself was talked to and treated by one of your manager's at the Ohio State University locations I highly doubt I will be back at any McDonald's again.
I tried to use one of the discount coupons from the McDonald's app and was rudely told they do not accept app discounts at that location because they have had problems with people like (us) abusing it and their store is losing money. He also stated that any of his employees accepting an app discount will be fired.
He quickly dismissed us as if we were a nuisance.
I was so shocked and embarrassed that I just left and went to Rally's. I don't even like Rally's but at least they treated us like human beings.

Pretty amazing looking on the inside, but the workers seemed to not know what was going on. Otherwise a clean and well organized restaurant!
