New store layout, same good food. This Arby's was recently remodeled. Instead of music in the dining area, there are now two televisions. Only one of the TVs was on during my recent lunchtime visit, and it was showing ESPN with the sound on. I really miss the music. If I wanted to eat with ESPN on, I'd go to a sports bar. The lights in the women's restroom is on a motion-sensing timer. Evidently the sensor is located near the door, and not close enough to the stalls. A few minutes into my visit to the restroom, I found myself in a stall in total darkness. Ugh! The paper towel dispenser is also motion activated and not the most user friendly. I'm no fan of the redesign, but the food and service are good. I'll definitely be back.
I struggled to decide if I wanted to give them a four star or a five star. The positives had to do with the fact that the staff were excellent. The food was great. Everything was immaculately clean, the staff was right on top of everything.
My only complaint was that they didn't have turnovers and the thing was broken. They gave you Arby's sauce. Then again they told me the thing to give you RV sauces broken and gave me plenty of packets.
So, even if something isn't quite right, they will take care of you. Don't worry, just come on in and enjoy your meal.
Also note but this is very affordable.
Everything tasted fresh. The fries were hot. Overall, an excellent experience

We ordered 4 sandwiches and only received 2 in the drive thru. We went back through the line and they gave us the other 2 sandwiches and a card for a free meal on the manager. That was very considerate. Thank you. We also noticed that Santa is coming soon to Arby's.
A bad sign is a sign of bad business.
I have been going to this place for 30 years at least. Last night when I went in, there were no lights on. I thought they were closed. Drive-thru menu had no the lights on the building, and we could barely hear the gentleman speaking to me through the speaker. Somebody better put some money in this, or it's going to fail. A bad sign is a sign of bad business. So disappointed and heartbroken love Arby's just not this location

Needs a small patio to enjoy the river view.
Great Arby's food as always. The inside dining room could have been cleaner, but certainly acceptable. Friendly cashier.
A great place to go for lunch or dinner. Really good food. The limited hot honey BBQ wings are really good, get some before the special is over. Also,the shake's are really good. And the curling fries 🍟 are the bomb!!
The food was very and enjoyable! We ordered chicken tenders, fries, shakes, a Reuben, and a salad. The associate was helpful and did a great job making sure our order was accurate. We used coupons and made a modification for food allergy. The service was quick and friendly!
Visited Arby's in Upper Arlington recently and enjoyed my experience. I purchased their pecan chicken salad sandwich with curly fries and a large fountain drink. The sandwich was nice and large. It was pretty tasty though a little heavy on the bread versus chicken salad. The curly fries were delicious as always. The in-dining area was pretty clean and the view was nice. There was a lot of space and seating available too. Service was friendly and quick.
Great fish sandwich. Glad they have different sizes. The curly fries were hot and crisp. Loved the glittery mask and matching beads on window server. Will return to try more.
