Donatos Pizza

It's donatos. The folks here are usually slammed, we always order pizza Friday like virtually everyone in Gahanna. It's predictable and they're rare they mess something up or are super late. The folks working there are trying their best and packed like sardines in the kitchen. Not a lot of room for improvement without opening more locations moving to a bigger location.

Great pizza, prepare for a potential wait due to tight staffing. Donatos is a wonderful quality pizza, we order from this location frequently for dinner and lunch. The staff is always friendly and hard working but the pandemic has taken its toll on staffing so be patient and check your order. This time my pizza was about 20 minutes past it’s quoted time and the first time it was made wrong (which I nearly missed until I checked going out the door) The inside has been remodeled which will be great once it’s finished.

I order a large hand tossed serious meat pizza and chicken wings . The wings are not bad. The pizza was terrible it was cold and the restaurant is right down the street from my house. It tasted old not fresh. I have order from here before and it was delicious. I called the store and the manger gave me credit for my entire meal. That’s customer service. Thank you

One night I made an order, called to make changes to the order 3 different times (changed order pick-up time, added an extra pizza, changed the card I was paying with). They were very good sports about it. They even called me after one online change to verify it was correct. I've been ordering from this location for over 15 years and customer service is consistently good.
