Domino's Pizza

UPDATE: Just wanted to provide an update after Domino's responded to my original review... Perfect service! Ordered online, went to pick it up 15 minutes later and it was ready, hot, and delicious. Thanks for reaching back out! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had to recook my pizza! This was absolutely terrible. Ordered online and showed up after 15 minutes. They took my money and then walked away from the counter. After 20 minutes, myself and 7 or 8 other customers were all waiting. With 6 workers, nobody could figure out what was taking so long. I finally asked about my order, and it turns out that it was finished when I arrived and they just never gave it to me. I had to put my entire order back in the oven when I got home because it was so cold.

I would recommend this location to everyone this is the best store by far out of 10 locations I've been to. They have great customer service, great employees. They always make sure that you get exactly what you want u want it and the way you want it. And I don't care how busy they get their always super fast.. there's not one negative thing I can say about this location they are perfect... keep up the great work guys!!! I appreciate you taking great care of me. Thank you so very much you guys are the best!!!!

I just ordered carry out tonight at this location at Hard Rd and Smoky Row. We order here frequently, and the food is always excellent. Tonight I came in to pick up my order and three guys were running around working their behinds off trying to keep up with a stack of orders that seemed to never stop. They were all very apologetic and working as hard as they could. The world needs more employees like yours! Great job to the team working tonight! Give these guys a raise!

This location on Hard road and Smokey Row is the best. Besides loving how easy the Dominos web site works for ordering, the staff at this particular store is awesome. The pizza is always cooked to perfection and delivered in perfect condition and most of the time, it’s a little earlier then than the ETA predicted. Hard working and wonderful staff at this location. I’m moving across town soon and I can only hope I get the same great service at the Dominos that will be delivering at my new location. Thank you Hard road Dominos!! Me and my family will miss you!
