Our order didnt come out as expected. And marcos was very accommodating and understanding. They are truly turning things around! Nick assisted us and provided the upmost customer service. Their quality has improved so much as well. Its so nice going to a place that provides great customer service because that is so RARE these days. I never at Marco’s pizza but they’re submarines are very delicious! The old pizza they used to have was to dry and to much dough . I haven’t had their upgraded pizza! I might try it today! All I see is bad reviews about Marcos. Now I’m hesitant, I’m going to another place to eat!

The only problem I have is the delivery time is never what they promise they'll say it'll be delivered in 40 min but the order won't arrive until 2 hours later but for the most part the I have no issues

Overall I have had good luck with pizza, cheesy bread, subs, and wings from this marcos branch.
No issues with delivery times either.
My only issue is with the chicken dippers.
I basically paid about $17 for a 15 piece chicken nugget order. They tasted ok, but the we so tinny. Almost $1 each plus delivery for what I could get at wendys for a third the price.
Pizza is good though.
Update 7/17/23:
This restaurant has lost Me as a customer. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a pizza. It was anhourlate, cold, and had the wrong toppings. Night shift person told me to call manager the next day. He claimed a $20 credit was placed on my account for future use. This was a lie. I'm done with them.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I placed an online order at 7:09 and received my 2 sub order at 10:08. And the delivery driver was so rude it was unbelievable. I'm livid.

I have been a customer of the Steltzer Road Store since it opened. I had an account that I used to order online and accumulate loyalty points. I just tried to log into my account and it had been deleted. I tried to call but was put on hold so long that I hung up. I guess I'll have to use some of their competitors from now on.

I went there with a coupon from their website and they refused to honor it because corporate did not inform them.
They then told me that all other locations are participating and gave me the address of the next closest Marcos. I called that Marcos and they told me that they were not part of corporate and they are not participating.

I placed an order online last night at 5:35 PM. I got an email confirmation saying that the pizza would be delivered in 80 minutes. Two hours later the pizza had not shown up, so I called the store. The guy I talked to acted like he didn't believe me (or didn't care), then said that the store said they did not receive the order because their internet was down. He made no effort to resolve the situation. So, my credit card was charged for the order, but I never received any food. It's hard to imagine a worse experience with a restaurant.
