Staff were very friendly, the guy was happy to explain all ingredients and options, and ingredients were of decent quality for this kind of place. My wife got the kale noodles which were especially tasty. Right as they were near closing, a downpour began. The manager not only allowed us to wait inside while they were closing, but even brought us trash bags to use as improvised umbrellas. Much appreciated, my friend!

I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life when visiting this Pokeworks! All of the staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that both my significant other and myself were familiar with the offered choices. This was my first time visiting the restaurant, but definitely won’t be the last. The food was delicious and I also loved their selection of fountain tea drinks! I can’t wait to return to try more of their menu!!

There's parking across the street and in the garages. There's plenty of tables and space to sit at inside. It's a line style ordering and they offer many types of bases, such as: burritos, noodles, bowls, or salads. You can choose sushi, brown, and white rice, kale noodles, and salad mix. I recommend their kale salad, it was surprisingly delicious! I loved their proteins and you get two scoops per order! I absolutely loved their lotus and wonton chops, so delicious. I really liked their toppings as well and they are generous with their portions. The flavors were great and very bold. Staff was very nice and very helpful! I recommend this place if you want to try poke, casual dates, a quick meal, a delicious meal, or meal alone. I love that there are so many choices and options to choose from, that you may make hundreds of different combinations! I will definitely come back, it wowed me.

First time eating here and I was definitely impressed. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about all the options. There were tons of options, many that are free that cost extra other places. Many unique options such as kale noodles for a base and lotus crisps for a topping. The regular bowl was enough for two meals making the price well worth it.

Went to visit Ohio and came by this poke shop. Very big, and modern looking. Bump into the owner and he was one of the nicest person I encountered since I've been here. Staff was friendly too. It was my first time trying poke so I asked for recommendation. He ask me certain things that I like from the available option and he added his recommendation. By the end of the line we created a bowl I fell in love with. Very delicious and staff was accommodating. Definitely a poke bowl lover now. The shop is new and a must try, highly recommend.
