Horribly disappointing experience. Online order scheduled for 11:30. Didn’t receive my food (2 bowls) until 12:01. I don’t blame the workers as I know they often times work consistently without breaks just to get the orders completed. I blame the leadership mainly ones that are not around. Namely general managers etc. Not the first time I’ve had a long wait here. I would’ve been better off waiting in line since the staff were efficiently keeping up. I actually joined the short line to ask if I could have my order completed there since I’d already prepaid. I was told no since it would be like me cutting in front of other online customers. I asked for a business card. When I called, it was a general number not to the general manager listed on the card. Either way, I hadn’t been to this location in over a year. Just another reminder why I stopped coming here. I won’t be back to give my business to this particular franchise.

This store is always a gamble when you get it delivered, something is almost always missing if you order around the evening rush, which I understand to an extent. But they consistently forget items. My fiancé called and said they forgot the chips, so I stopped by the store on my way home to see if I could get a couple bags, turns out they're out of chips, of all things. On top of that, when you ask for a refund online they only give you a free reward for a single bag of chips with guacamole. What about my 5 other bags I paid for? They're literally stealing people's money. Heed my warning! If you can go to a different Chipotle, I would definitely do so. Unless you want to place bets on what's missing! Update: 2 weeks later, they're out of chips yet again. Not sure how

I have been to this location previously but was extremely disappointed with the service today. I will not be returning to this location. When I arrived there were approximately 15 people waiting in line (not uncommon) but I was shocked to find I was 1 of another 15 other people waiting for online order pickup. My order was over 30 minutes past the promised pickup time. Normally I try to be understanding of staffing issues but in this case if you can deliver your promised product in time something needs to change. Especially if customers have already paid in advance.

Placed an online order for 2 salads they forgot to make. When I went in to pick up the order, the gentleman at the register proceeded to spit something out of his mouth onto the floor and then wondered down the line to ask the one person making food what to do because they didn't have my order. By the time they found my ticket they had run out of some of the ingredients they needed to fully prepare the order. I asked the young lady working what the next step would be to remedy the situation because we had paid extra for items we weren't receiving. A gentleman preparing food in the back proceeded to yell over the young lady and tell me that it is not their problem they do not handle in-store refunds. I asked the young lady I was talking to to please repeat herself because I couldn't hear her over him yelling. Afterwards he proceeded to cuss and say some off color comments loud enough for me to get the point he wasn't pleased. After waiting 25 more mins the salads were made. The lady working ask the cashier to please bag the order and he proceeded to walk away. I remain silent and patient but was tired of waiting so I grabbed the salads off of the counter and walked out of the store. At that point a third employee decided to very loudly and very sarcastically yell "Goodbye ! Have a nice evening !" At me as I left the restaurant. I stood silent and patiently waiting over 25 minutes for salads and asked a question for assistance. I was absolutely appalled at the type of service and attitude that was provided to paying customers.

I’ll start by saying this was my third time attempting to patron the Blacklick location, the first time they opened hours after their posted opening time and I couldn’t wait because I was on a lunch break; the second time I went in the evening but they closed early. This third time I ordered online and arrived at the time my order was to be ready but had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. Everyone there for online orders were waiting as if online orders were not being prepared. There was a woman there who had been waiting 40 minutes! Once I received my order and got home to enjoy it, I couldn’t because the rice was undercooked and hard. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but won’t be going back.

I order at this chipotle cause it is the closest to my house. I have always had issues with most orders here. From being 30 minutes behind promised pick up to the wrong protein to missing items completely. Now for some reason the entire store is only taking digital orders…. You have 20 people sitting here waiting and 1 order comes out of the back every 5 min at best. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to and is consistently the worst…. I will never order at this location again, and will travel out of my way cause of lack of faith in this location’s execution but believe in the brand.

Past several times I order on line and they give a ready time it's almost always late. By at least 15 or 20 mins. Like it was this evening. Also they didnt give much steak. One good thing is they young man who gave me my food was really nice.
