3 🌟 for cleaning. I have not looked at the whole Place...... The service is nice,... The food was good, but the pancakes to me wasn't done 💯○/● .. the pancake was to soft. In the middle... But overall, I do enjoy myself.....

Sevice was alright. Honesty wasn't too impressed with our waiter....Our food was delicious. Quite tasty. Very fresh. Management showed compassion when my phone died and I ordered a lyft ride prior to my phone die'n.. Happy she aas willing to help.

Sorry I have no more pictures about great moment at this place. I just love it... for a casual, informal or important occasion you could have an opportunity to enjoy delicious food, at good price. Atmosphere is quiet, most of guest are older people. Friendly staff and you a lot of locations in Columbus area.

We were celebrating an early Mother's Day. My son in law was blessing me, his mom, my daughter, and my granddaughter. The server was having a very bad day. Every time she came to the table, she talked to my son in laws mom (Sue) about her problems. At times, the server was crying. Sue has eaten there many times. So, the server was someone she recognized but was not friends with her. The server complained and cried throughout our entire visit. I did not appreciate that at all.

The manager had left only one server to serve during the supper time. Our Coffee was cold because they are not allowed to toss coffee before the pot was empty, so the burner was turned off. Apparently it was okay to nuke the coffee and then serve it to us. My brother's plate was dirty, we were told it was just grease from the fries when the server rubbed her thumb over it. She offered a clean plate, but we figured it wouldn't be fresh food served and said forget it. But to top it all off..my Mother asked for water forgetting to ask for lemon in it, so the server brought a dish of lemons. The top 2 lemons were fresher than the bottom 4, they were cut differently. The bottom ones had been bitten into and put back in the dish, I'm surmising from a previous customer with kids. Luckily, when the manager took my money to pay, she asked how everything was, so I told her. She didn't charge for my brother's meal, or the 2 coffees. It was unusual from this Restaurant, we have eaten there several times before. The sign on the door was to excuse the mess, they were remodelling...I don't think our experience was covered under that notification....Good Luck with the Remodel!! Hope you fix the service....

We waited for 45 minutes for our food. No one stopped by to tell us the issue with our food or refill our drinks. All while bothered peopl got their food in no time. The only good thing I can say was the manager paid for our food.

Very fast and friendly service. The hash browns tasted very good. Most importantly the toast was quite properly buttered. I was skeptical because of its location (on the property of Westland Mall ( but it was very nice. Even though at 9 am there were six customers.

Got the worst meal I've ever had,sent back the broccoli because it had black mold all over the stems ,that I showed the waitress . then the chicken tenders were so thick with breading and so over cooked ,hard and could not eat them. If that wasn't bad enough the fries were so over cooked they were hard. After sending molded broccoli back I would have thought a manager would have come to our table,but no . this was at the Camden,De Bob Evens the have been going down hill fast is what I think

I have had broasted chicken since I was a kid. There was a place in Columbus Indiana that was famous for it's broasted chicken. We were anxious to try ot at bob evans. So disappointed. It had obviously been prepared much earlier than we picked ot up at five o'clock. It reminded us of that scene in Christmas vacation when the turkey was way overdone and very dry. It was certainly not hot or juicy as the commercial indicates. I love bob evans as a rule but this was horrible! On a brighter note the green beans and the dinner rolls were very good.

Bob Evans used to be really great; but now it seems to be loosing some "down home" feeling. Others I have talked with say the same thing. The younger workers don't understand, nor care, not just here; but everywhere, they are only there to get a paycheck, their attitude reflects this; as does the slower service, it shows; people see this as reflection of Bob Evans Management, training, and skills. Verbally scabbling over who has what area to wait the tables; when customers really don't care who takes our orders, as long as the orders get taken, correctly, in a timely fashion; of arriving in their areas table. Drinks refills are nice as well. not just pass by once; because I said no more right then; when You just filled it 5 minutes ago. Then no other attempts. Really? All in all, it's a good place. Socializing with other co-workers, to complain; definitely needs to be out of ear shot of customers. Hope this restores Bob Evans to it's former great status.
