It was one of the best burgers I've ever had from a Rally's, it was quick service, and also it looked as if it was very clean, especially compared to the one on W. Mound St. That i refuse to ever eat at ever eat at ever again.

Their fries are fantastic. I stopped by to get a meal just to get them. My only complaint is that they don't serve unsweet iced tea. I got water instead.

With the shortage of workers that so many fast food restaurants are experiencing, it doesn't surprise me to visit a location with literally only one employee working. And much to my utter shock and amazement, that solo worker was doing everything with a smile on her face and a hustle that I haven't seen at a Rally's in ages. The food was good and the service was pleasant. Forget the other locations and go to this one, smile at the young lady busting her butt to keep someone else's store open and tell her how much you appreciate her hard work.

Our food was hot & fresh our order was accurate. Was surprised that the order taker was automated, that was cool. Got to the drive thru window and there was only ONE PERSON WORKING! We could tell that she was stressed but she, in our opinion was doing a great job with a line of about 5 cars behind us. Kudos to the Lady that worked alone that night & handled her business with a smile while serving us our order.

The customer service is Amazing! The Manager Ms.Gene is so nice and understanding. We go there for the fries and strawberry shakes for my kids. My daughter has Autism and she wants her fries immediately and they get my order ready fast.
