I've been to this taco bell I'd say 3 times in the last few months. It's not that close to my house yet I will travel here from now on and I always go in. The staff each time has been pleasant. The first time gave me a coupon for a free taco just because they felt they may have taken too long although I didn't feel they did. So that was appreciated. This time they were busy counting money and upgraded my drink. Also I'm guessing it was the manager who double checked on the food to be sure it came out fine, which it did. She also greeted me upon arrival. I'm never seeking things for free but its always nice. I prefer to be acknowledged and treated as a human being as they do, a lot of places dont anymore! They have the inside decorated for Christmas which is cute too.

They forget to put all of your order in the bag. If your paying for it, you should get the whole order. That's costly on the customers, and a big gain for the corporation.

I was plesently surprised that both the coustomer service was great as well as the food it was fresh and hot and I personally don't get both when I eat out. This place was clean friendly and took pride in there work.

Taco Bell's drive-thru is great. I love the dorito tacos! It's good for a quick meal or a snack. I would definitely go back

The staff are awesome! Very friendly, efficient, and professional. In a world where most drive thrus are rude and unpleasant, they provided great service! Only complaint is that the quesadillas weren't the warmest but still good.

Great service quick and hot food fast right when they were closing. One item was misentered; I ordered a soft taco Supreme rather than a regular soft taco. I told the cashier and he fixed it and I got charged a Lil more; it was not fixed in actuality. However I don't even care about that enough to take a star away from this rating because it was so refreshing to get quick service and yummy hot food in a drive thru compared to how troublesome fast food has been since Covid hit.

The Wife and I needed some late night mexican pizza and this taco bell was on the way home from her work. She got a regular Mexican Pizza wit guacamole added and I got the veggie Mexican pizza and a fiesta potatoes. All our food was great and the service was friendly. We used the app to order and pay so all we had to do was announce my name and pick the order up.

Been going through the drive-thru for the last year they only got my order wrong twice. But on the 8th of this month nothing went wrong. Except i didn't bring my love any and will be upset. Lol
