They messed up my order! And honestly, that is the reason I will continue to come back. Customer service is everything to me. My visit was late at night with many people in line. I was missing 2 out of my 15 items, a fry and a nugget. I drove back around, showed my receipt, they got my food. I got home and my baconator fries where cold (the only thing I ordered for myself) so i went back and they made me these, including a frosty for my wait. The management and service was friendly and professional, not to mention their genuine empathy was nice. These fries were the best I've had in some!

If I get what I order it would be great I've been going there 2 years almost 4 out of 5 days trying to support the local place and you bond with the people whom work there. The magement now is trying hard to get it back into shape so kudos for you guys of the morning and lunch shift. You keep going guys your get there!

I felt sad for the staff. The number of staff members present was not enough to prevent the drive-thru from being backed up. There was only one drive-thru service window open. However, the staff did all they could to be friendly and efficient while serving the customers.

Remembered everything on our order for 10 people even though he had to split the order as he could only take $25 on the debit because the system was down. My husband said that it was the best Dave's double he has had and we love Wendy's so wasn't his first. Excellent service and great job on making 10 people happy.๐

The woman who took our order greeted us and took our order in the coolest manner. The woman who runs the first window and took our payment was just as fun/cool. Then, the young lady who served us had manners and actually thanked is for visiting... while smiling! Nearly nobody does any of these things anymore and they did it all! The food was as it should be and they were clickin' it fast and hot. Even my 10 year old son noticed and got a smile just for him as we left... Perfect Score!

Food is good and consistent with Wendy's everywhere but the biggest issue I have with this particular location is the speed of service. I have been in this drive through at 11:30am, 4pm, 7pm, and even 12:30am once... the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Unfortunately this is the only location in the area or I would take my family elsewhere. Time is money and you're not looking out for your customers by making them wait 25 minutes in a drive through!

Last three times I had this location it was garbage. Today however it was some of the best Wendy's I've ever had. Dont know if new management or if it was just a fluke. Hope its like this next time. Line is also kind of slow, seems they take one order and serve one at a time... other wise was really good today. 09/16/2020

I was so excited to try the new siracha chicken sandwich but was very disappointed. The chicken was dry, overcooked and poorly put together. The fries were stale as well. Lunch time is when you can usually expect to have fresh food due to the rush, but not here. I should have waited to try the new item at a different location. They ruined it for me.
Food quality aside, kudos to the manager who left his post to put gas in elderly woman's van who ran out in the drive thru and had lines backed up.

We stayed open all night in a level 2 snow storm only to make a lousy 17$ for the last two day parts ...it sad that are district managers care nothing about the safety of thier employees ...i didnt get home until 3:00 am and had to walk in 10 inches of snow
