I ordered a small pep and cheese and a big Don sub. Both were cooked to perfection. I didn't even realize that this Donatos was so close to me. This is now going to be my go-to Donatos

Donato’s is still probably the best pizza in Ohio. Surprised it hadn’t spread to more states yet out west. Staff here is all really cool and friendly always. They remember my name actually which is nice. Clean, chill

The guy at the register came on a bit strong, and they were kind of disorginized in the back. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad of an experience.

We ordered a half Founders Favorite half Hawaiian. They put hot peppers on the side and nothing was on the wrong half. The employees were friendly and cheerful.

Second time trying this pizza. Went to a different location this time. The bathroom was clean and the service was good. Lobby was clean too. The pizza was delicious.

Pizza was good, hot, ready, toppings were good, mostly... Bacon was a little underdone and my thick crust pizza crust was a bit overdone. All in all, it's far better than the location nearest me, so I'll be back.

I hadn't been there in awhile. I ordered a Big Don's with sausage. Before they put a piece of sausage on the sandwich. Now they use crumble pieces. It was good but not the same as before. Go back to the old way and I'll come back.

Ordered Donatos for a take-out dinner one night last week. I got the feeling they were working over capacity and the pizza seemed a slightly under-cooked. Otherwise it was good as always
