Let the kids play and the playroom and ordered table service. They were not too busy at all. Entered table 133 and waited more than 15 minutes. Finally found the food sitting at the counter. Asked what happened and the server said table 133 didn't exist. Told him it did in the playroom and he AGAIN said the table number didn't exist! So food was sitting at least 10 minutes on the counter. Food was cold. And you can see from the picture the table number is real. Hard to find good, polite help these days I guess.
Ketchup tap splattered bits of ketchup with compressed air everywhere. Employee says it never works. Based on other bad recent reviews and no replies,this restaurant is in desperate need of a management shakeup.

Order incomplete...missing items. Also they insist on handing multiple drinks to carry without the benefit of a drink carrier. Common sense should dictate one is needed if I am the only person in the car.

Horrible service. Had to repeat our orders twice, some thrice, to get a seemingly 10yo at the pay window who had no idea what was going on. Then the 11yo at the food window tried to reach through to the passenger with every hand out. The initial child taking orders missed a burger on the order, and the second kid at the food window said we'd have to drive around the building and rejoin the drive through to order it again.
This place must really need staff to completely overlook customer service and etiquette during training.

I come here 4-5 times a week in the mornings. The wait for me is usually long but that's ok. Dan at the drive through window took the time to remember me by name and greets me every morning!!! That's what makes me come back every morning! People like Dan

Waited over 20 mins for food at the counter. Several guest served who ordered after me. Wouldn't give a refund in method of payment I used. No apology given by staff.

If I could give a negative start, I would. The service is slow and horrible. I ordered two double cheese burgers, and they only gave me one. And I asked for another one, had to wait for 10 mins, until I yelled. I was the only customer in the restaurant, and the staff pretended not seeing me waiting for the single burger! In the end I yelled, I asked to see the manager, then someone pulled one burger from some corner and gave to me. This business shouldn't exist!

Olauua c is amazing the system was down and she was trying her hardest to make everyone order right !!! She was working her butt off !!
