Workers are always right in top of everything. I've never had an issue with an order and they're happy to go light on the salt for my fries! Food is great and fries are to die for!! Order a size smaller than you think you need... you're going to get a lot!

Great place to get burgers and fries. You can build your own burger and the fries are made out of fresh potatoes daily. If you like burgers and fries this is a great place to check out.

I give 5 stars for the tragedy that unfolded as I ate my burger. It was a quiet day, the lobby seemed to be still and yet, a tension was in the air. All of a sudden a tour bus stops near the building. You can see the palpable fear in the workers eyes
Slowly however, the bus started to leave. Relief set in for the workers, however from where I sat the bus only repositioned.
Then... the line came...
I got out of there before it really hit the fan but the line was composed entirely of boomers. This location had two workers. I'm genunely surprised that this place wasn't burned down due to "wait times" as we all know how crotchety that age group tends to get toward service workers.

Five guys is good for what it is. Good food made to order. The problem I have it is a step, a large step, up from Wendy's at almost twice the cost. Good, just over priced for standing in line and ordering your food at a counter and then going back up to the counter to get your food. Always good food though, but isn't that why you go to eat out. That should be the normal.

As a Five Guys, it’s bound to be good and the food I got was. But, I did find it weird how long it took to get my order. When I went to this location, there was nobody else there, so I thought it would be pretty quick. It took around 10-20 minutes for a burger but it was still good. This place is very pricey though (it was around 10 bucks for a single burger) so make sure you know about that before you go here. Still I recommend this place.

Gives 5 Guys a bad name. Music, too loud and employee didn't care when we mentioned it. They were out of pickles. The onions were not grilled. Lettuce wilted and discolored. French fries order was 2/3 of what it has been in every other location we've enjoyed.

In all fairness, I've been to this location about a half-dozen times because it’s close to where I work, apparently with just enough time in between each visit to forget how bad it really is. This place is so over-rated and over-priced, it's not even amusing. And I cringe at those who dare to compare it to In-N-Out Burger…<br/>The food is just plain bad. Mine has consistently had more grease than Jiffy-Lube, and it amazes me how the food can look so mangled just in the time it takes to get it from the counter to the table inside the restaurant. <br/>You also have a 50-50 chance of actually getting your food the way you ordered it, and then it will most likely have miniscule toppings that appear to have been haphazardly added from a distance. Quality control is non-existent and indifference among the staff must be built into the training agenda. <br/>I don’t mind paying $9.00 for a "little" burger, fries, and a drink if it’s good, but this simply isn’t worth the money. And did I mention the grease? I’m done with this place – no more chances to get it right.

It's not healthy: DUH!!!. It's a burger and fry joint. Period. Fast, greasy, and OH sooo good. I am a very healthy eater usually, but once in a while I crave a fat, juicy, old fashioned burger and great thick fries. This is the place to go. There are a bunch of toppings to choose from, too. Good prices, big portions, and yes get a bunch of napkins. That's the way it's supposed to be!

Forget about McCdonlads or Burger King. Head over to five guys. The food is amazing and affordable. Granted the fact that it isn't the healthiest thing to eat, but every once in awhile it's perfect. I recommend it for anyone who want a burger done right with fries that makes everyone else taste plain. I love this place!

So Full Coming Out of There. Five Guys is an interesting success story for the family that created it. Their formula is simple and for those who want to gripe in the reviews, just don't go there. Because the place is always busy due to its many fans. I love the fact that the jalapenos are fresh cut. Don't get the regular fries--go for the Cajun ones. And prepare to be stuffed full--I usually don't want dinner after having lunch at Five Guys.

Excellent!. Some of the best fries all around! Great place to enjoy a great burger! The limited menu allows for quick & efficient service. Long lines mean nothing! It will only be a few minutes till you're enjoying a terrific meal! We love Five Guys!

The Way Burgers Should Be Made. As a health freak, I generally avoid fast food for the most part, but I've heard so many great things about this place that I figured it deserved a shot. Let me say this--Five Guys makes burgers the way burgers are supposed to be made. I think this place has made a great addition to Easton, as well, and has done a much better service to the shopping center than WG Wrapper's did.

Ground beef anyone.... Because that is all it is. No flavor, no spices, no originality. The true test of a burger is without anything, try the burger itself. Does it make you want more? Only if you like oil soaked flavorless ground beef. Do the test, even McD's adds something to the so called meat for flavor. Want a burger, go to Thurmans - Well worth the wait.

Ugh. I want to like this place, but I just don't get the appeal. Everything is insanely greasy, the bun was wet from the burger and my fries were soggy with, what else, grease. Grease aside, the beef patty itself has a good flavor...but that's the only pro I could find.

Greasy, gluttonous pit!. If you take your order to go, request double plastic bags or bring your own. I was embarrassed bringing it in the office for lunch, the smell saturated everywhere I walked. My car smelled of grease for days after placing my lunch on the floor in the bag provided. This restaurant is a heart-attack on your plate. Tasty food, but the secret to that is fat fat fat and salt. Columbus has too many other healthier alternatives in which one doesn't have to drive to Polaris to indulge. Also, this place is a chain popularized from a visit by one politician. I highly suggest seeking elsewhere for your burger cravings!

Cajun Fries...yay. So, I already knew what I was getting into when I got to Five guys I have been going to them for quite a while in DC and Virginia. It's a brilliant chain. It serves a really good burger with just about anything you ever wanted on it... I get the "little burger" with cheese, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms, pickles and mustard. it's not the burger from your backyard grill and if you are a "the more meat and the thicker the meat patty the better...person" this place aint your thang. if you just love a good cooked burger with tons of stuff to put on it and the most amazing fries in the city...this is your place. A regular fry is enough for two... or one big eater... the cajun fries are absolutely spicy and Yum! i love it... and if you get bored with the burgers head over to mellow mushroom at the other end of the shopping mall...it's good too.
