The young lady who took my order was polite. With the Columbus Blue Jackets training camp being held next door, they were understaffed. As orders and service was slow.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The store is always clean and have a lot of chairs for people to sit in. The staff are super friendly and always are smiling. They are genuinely happy to help their customers. I always make sure to tip extra when I order here.
This is the better Starbuck location in the area. If you are looking for SB coffee, make your way here. It's a nice location, and the staff is friendlier.
Kudos to this barista team. Long line...multiple breakfast orders. The team worked fast and efficiently...friendly to all. For someone with years of customer service experience it was a joy to watch how they handled it. Bravo!!

Wonderful coffee, slower pace them other Starbucks. Not that its not busy but staff is fast and most people take products to go. I sat comfortably for my hour.
