Starbucks

I’m from Canada and was in Columbus for a vacation this weekend. Pink Drink is my go-to-drink so I’ve had a fair share of it across Canada. At this location, the barista with short hair and blond highlights makes the most delicious, tastiest version of the Pink Drink I’ve ever had. Also so quick. I came back to get a venti of it for the second time in 2 hours!! Only “negative” is I wish they stayed open for longer so I can get a third/fourth one lol

This Starbucks always goes above and beyond. My app was a bit glitchy. Staff is always attentive, cordial, courteous and go above and beyond to make the experience great. The Staff today making my drink went out of the way to thank me by name as I was leaving and wishing them well. I'm not a regular at this location so that always shows me a great effort to execute excellence in the realm of customer service. Thanks! Check this location out in the Arena District.

These Starbucks employees have put in so much hard work that you have during these hectic times. Everyone in your this always goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a FABULOUS experience every time I walk through their doors. I’ve been consistently visiting this location DAILY for the past year and a half—minus COVID closure times, and I have never left feeling any less than completely satisfied. I have all of the employees to thank for that. As a former barista, I know how straining busy times—and some customers—can be. They all are always so poised and ready to take on ANY challenge that may come their way. Everyone at this location is always around when I’m looking for a new drink suggestion, need a little pick me up for my day, or even just want to have a brief conversation. They are so understanding/caring, and I genuinely appreciate that. The baristas have to deal with me when I’m at my worst—tired and craving caffeine. Nobody is fun to deal with when they're half asleep, but everyone here handles it very well. If you work here, thank you for EVERYTHING. You all never fail to improve my day 100%. :)

My grandma and I were going to a hockey game, but it was cold out, and were were 30 minutes early. We went into starbucks, which we normally never do. I had probably the best hot chocolate that I have ever had! The man behind the counter was really nice, and the drinks were made fast. Also the Jackets won, so that's always a plus!
