Wendy's

I placed an online order and reached out, I think that the morning supervisor was the one that reached out to me 10/10!! Amazing, quick response seemed like they truly cared about the error that took place and truly cared about their job and making the customer (me) happy. I went to the store and Johnaton the manager at the time 10:30pm on 09/06 was super rude and very unhelpful (not sure if he gave me his real name) I explained the situation to him about the replacement salad and how I received a text message from a supervisor about the problem and showed him the receipt and the text message and he stated that I was making it up that it could be a text from anyone. I explained that it was from wendys and that there was a note left. Johnathan would not help at all and was very rude about everything, so I left and the person who texted me helped again and was amazing and explained to go back to have the problem resolved. So I went back and got Rocky and he was amazing! Very kind and quick professional crew completely like night and day he had said he heard about the situation (love the communication) and was ontop of it. I just want to say thank you to the two people who handled the situation for me, it really made my day better and they may think they're just workers at a resturant but they truly so have such a huge impact on people like me who work all day having long stressful shifts and their kindness just goes such a long way so thank you.
