Very satisfied! Would go back. 4 stars for price because even though it’s not crazy expensive, little things like adding protein to your plate costs $10…but good service and the food is great! I love that things are organic here and the flavors they choose for dishes really play together. Fresh food that makes you feel good. We ordered the pesto pasta, pad Thai, and poke bowl. Highly recommend the pesto pasta.

Our lunch experience at the restaurant was pleasant, with good food and a nice atmosphere. The Jackfruit Tikka Masala Tacos (2) were a delightful vegetarian option, a definite must-try that I personally enjoyed. The Blistered Shishitos, although tried for the first time, were just okay. The Pesto Pasta, on the other hand, was outstanding and definitely worth trying – we loved it. However, the Thai Noodle left us a bit underwhelmed; it's okay, but considering the price, it may not be the best value. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout dishes and room for improvement.

One of the beautiful upscale restaurant!
The ambiance is so pleasing and welcoming 😊
The service was really good too!
And when it come to food and drinks.. oh my my ! Amazing 😍
I had cold pressed ginger cocktail and it was so refreshing 😊
Then we had sow burger, chicken caprese sandwich which was delicious! Specially the focaccia bread used in caprese sandwich was mind blowing! I never had that good bread ever !
Would definitely come back soon!

Fabulous food. Good atmosphere and service. Highly recommended!!!
Had the Tuna steak- it was moist tender and perfectly cooked- the grilled veggies were flavorful and crisp.

What a fab place! The menu has so much to choose from and the cold pressed cocktails blew me away, especially the Cucumber. Just wow. Couple of these bad boys at noon make ya feel real nice 😜
The Tuna Poke bowl was so incredibly flavorful. My husband had the Salmon Burger and he only let me have one bite. That bite was juicy and delicious.
We started with the spicy cauliflower, that too had us spooning up the sauce and wanting more.
I am all about the ambiance of a place...this place truly has it pegged. Clean, airy but welcoming and upscale. You feel like it'll be a special experience the moment you walk in and continue to not be disappointed. Cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed dinner here. We walked up on it accidentally but we’re pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the food. My pineapple cocktail was perfect. The mixture of flavors from the flatbread was decadent, hence the picture of the empty board. My husband had the short rib and said it was like butter. My chicken was divine. We give it five stars. Definitely worth a try. Suitable for the meat eater and the vegetarian. Great concept.

What a surprise...
This would not normally be a place I would eat at because usually healthy food means not good. I will be the first to admit this place was awesome. It hits all the boxes as far as I am concerned. The environment was really cool - I loved its vibe. The service was spot on - Noah is a Rockstar of a waiter. The food was awesome - the whole family loved their choices. We had the hummus as an appetizer, which was incredibly delicious. I had their steak sandwich, which was an amazing combination of flavors it came with a salad, which the dressing was delicious. Wifie had the chicken pesto sandwich, which she really enjoyed. Baby girl had the wagu burger, which she loved ( I got to taste it, and they make a great burger). The teas were unique but really good.
All and all SOW plated is worthy of a visit

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it is definitely a unique place. They have a lot of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options but still offer meat and fish. They claim for healthy foods and I would say they deliver. It is worth a visit, but remember it is a bit expensive. I will try to take more photos the next time I get to go. As a side, I do think they should have at least a few menus available for those unable to access it online.

Such a great experience! I had been here once for lunch and loved it so we decided to host our wedding rehearsal dinner here in January! We were looking for a place that catered to a variety of dietary restrictions without compromising amazing quality and taste. We were able to reserve the enclosed & heated patio and it was so perfect (even in January!!). The walk-up bar, the greenery, the twinkle lights -- such a great vibe overall (and the best part was that we didn't have to lift a finger). A really nice extra touch was that they offered a personalized printed out menu that had our names at the top. Such a cute idea for a big event. All of the servers were so helpful and polite and the food was outstanding. All of our friends and family had such an awesome time!

I’ve been to SOW a few times. It’s a great place for vegans and vegetarians and has plenty of stuff for meat eaters too. I generally think it’s a good place to take people from California, it has a So-Cal vibe.
The food is good. I have almost exclusively ordered the vegan pad Thai. It has a kick to it but it’s mild and tasty. I think the serving size is a little small-ish.
I usually also get a beet salad which is good and has some hummus like stuff on top. The salad is a generous size. You can also get protein added to it but I never have.
While I didn’t get dessert this time I generally like their Cacao Cake and their juices are pretty good too.
They take reservations and a few times the service has been slow. If you are tight on time tell them right away and they will hurry things along for you if needed.

This place is gorgeous! They have a very grounding and reflective atmosphere! I will definitely be back to enjoy the ambiance more!

Food taste great here.
Given all the healthy options here I am surprised taste was not compromised. The first thing i noticed is that food is not over-salted the way most restaurants do. The flavors of the ingredients shine through, so give it a chance before asking for salt, especially the chicken.
Mac and cheese is yummy and creamy with cashew sauce. If you like tofu the option to add seared firm tofu adds a nice bite with light soy flavors. Oh btw, the tomato in the hummus is my fav- taste like a garden tomato from my grandma’s garden … so good except there is only a halfie
Happy eating

This restaurant was so fun! Lots of healthy and veggie filled food. Definitely unique fare. I tried two non-alcoholic drinks. The yuzu lemon 🍋 drink was DELICIOUS. The bean sprout dumplings were good: dumpling wrapper was better than most, the inside was okay (I usually like meat fillings so take that with a grain of salt), the peanut sauce set the dish apart. Nice atmosphere. The waitstaff was helpful. The waitress was happy to bring soup samples. I tried the special--a curry soup. It was quite bland even when I added salt. I was happy to try it though! I would definitely go back.

The experience here was great. Friendly service with a lot of really unique and cool menu items. We got the pad Thai and the chicken caprese sandwich. The sandwich wasn’t anything amazingly special but the pad Thai was awesome. Also the atmosphere was charming and the coffee drink and raspberry tea were fantastic if a little costly.

If you’re looking for a healthy-esque meal, this is for you. We came around 5 pm on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy, but they did seem short staffed. Our server seemed to try her best. She never rushed us and seemed knowledgeable.
We had the flatbread and it was light and refreshing. Flatbread, veggies, goat cheese, balsamic drizzle. A bit basic, but since we were hungry, it was delicious.
We split the braised short rib with sweet potato hash. This was healthy comfort food at its best. It wasn’t greasy, yet the beef was tender. Portions were solid.
The other dish was a blackened salmon burger. Prepared nicely and not over cooked.
Would definitely come back.

Fresh with many organic and gluten free options. Reasonably portioned and priced. They offer creative and healthy cold pressed cocktails— try the beet. It is to die for! The various dining nooks allow for privacy and add character in the mostly open contemporary design. Happy to have uncovered this causal, yet elegant gem tucked away in Upper Arlington. An ideal “go-to” spot for sustainably sourced local fare.

Large selection of healthy food. The pumpkin ale beer was a great choice. I had the wagyu burger it was delicious! They have such a great menu you can’t go wrong. There’s plenty of parking and the seating inside or outside was very comfortable.

This place has to be the best vegetarian restaurant I've been to. The restaurant itself has beautiful modern decor and soft color unlike alot of other restaurants. You walk in to be greeted very warmly and taken to your seat. The drink selection is phenomenal and you can actually watched you juice being cold pressed. The waiter we had was Tom and his knowledge of the entire process was amazing. He had great recommendations and offered info on items we were interested in. Very friendly and professional without at doubt. The food I can not compare to anything else because they are miles ahead of everyone else. The texture, smell, taste, and plating is out of this world. You will not be disappointed here.
