Went to eat at 5:30 pm on 2/14/23 the staff is amazing! We were new to Zoup they were all patient while we decided on what to order. The food was delicious. Everyone was friendly. Restaurant was very clean. We were greeted with such kindness. Definitely recommend this specific location!!

The soup is consistently good and this location has great service. The prices are a little steep for the amount of food that you get.
My wife and I visited before the Queen concert. Staff were friendly. Offered a taste before ordering. The Lobster Bisque was out of this world. Big chunks of lobster in it. The Italian wedding soup has turkey meatballs. Absolutely delicious. Salads were very fresh and tasty.

Soup is great, staff is extremely friendly. A great value. Glad to see there is a Zoup still open, sad the one in Cincinnati closed. Would recommend and will return.
