I worked at Jimmy John's and I come by here every day I tell you want if I'm having a bad day the ladies that work here will always put a smile on my face, they're so nice and I have conversations with them all the time . I couldn't imagine any other places I've been to the the employees treat you like more than family they care. I hope zoup knows that they have beyond excellent employees! PLEASE GIVE THESE LADIES A RAISE! =)

Amazing employees, so fun, very willing to laugh and have fun with ya while you obviously stumble thru your first visit ever to a zoup (and im a soup lover thru and thru). Amazing soups and breads. They assisted me in creating a grilled cheese (super tasty) with broccoli n cheddar soup (amazing soup) meal with extra herb coated bread (very hearty, MORE CARBS NOM NOM NOM 😋). And the cost for 2 meals was just over 20$!!! Which I consider to be an incredible deal with the typical prices so close to the arena in the downtown area. I will absolutely return when I visit the city again.

This place is amazing! We are in from out of town for a concert and decided to eat here. Skylar (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) took care of us! She was sweet and recommended some awesome choices! I got the Turkey & Bacon Club with some Baja Mac & Cheese. Both were delicious. My sister got the Italian Market sandwich and the Vegetable soup. She ate every bite! Definitely glad we stopped in!

Amazing soup and sandwiches! Great game day dinner location. Super friendly staff! We were welcomed upon entering! Sample any soup before you buy! I was nourished by the grilled cheese dipper and ginger butternut squash soup and my handsome husband enjoyed the Santa Fe chicken Chile and the southwest Turkey sandwich. Will come again when in Columbus next time!! Thank you!! We came in at 5pm before a 7pm game and just beat the rush.

What a pleasant surprise to be greeted with smiling faces and a sincere smile. I believe her name was Joy and she made me feel like I mattered to her. She and Glenda took my order and fixed my food quickly and correctly. Kudos to both very nice ladies. Because of them, I will be back. I can say that I have not always been treated as well. It was nice to see new faces in the restaurant.
