I recently ordered a deep-dish pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The crust was perfectly golden and buttery, the cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I could tell they used high-quality ingredients, and it made all the difference.

Speaking of pizza, their pies are absolute perfection. We ordered the Supreme Pizza, Chicken Cheddar Bacon Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza and it was pure magic. The crust was a delightful balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was bright and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes - truly a pizza lover's dream come true!

This was my first time dining with this pizza restaurant. The portion was equal to the cost. The food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted well. The staff was very professional and kind. They were very attentive to each customer and the inside was clean and presentable. I will be a returned customer. I recommend this location.

Personally... Massy's reminds me of donatos... And I've never been a fan of either... However, having made some changes in my diet recently I decided to try the cauliflower pizza. It's a 10 cauliflower "crust" which eliminates a lot of the carbohydrates I'm not able to eat... It was Freakin delicious! It looked like any normal thin crust pizza and really couldn't tell it wasn't actual flour. It had a nice texture...the toppings (cheese & pep) were great! It was 14$ which I'm kinda ok with... I realize there's a profit margin... But, it was nice to have pizza I didn't have to cook. I'll definitely order again when pizza night rolls around... I May have been converted.

I always enjoy a pizza from Massey's. Had both a pepperoni / banana pepper and a Supreme the other day and both were excellent. I am glad they have a spot on 161 and look forward to when they reopen their dining room.

Order at 8:15pm was to be a 45min wait called to check on my order 1hr later it arrived a whole 1 hour and 35mins late....pizza hot but no flavor and missing a topping i added! Never again

This was the first time we had the lunch buffet... it was ok... salad was good... loved that they had subs on the buffet... we always order pizza and subs from here.. love this place.. but the buffet, not so much..

If you want a pizza buffet don't go here, you get two pizzas to choose from and no dessert type pizza. Quality of the pizza is not good... they make a sub to choose from also. I have been to two other Massey pizza buffets in canal Winchester and main st Reynoldsburg and the choices and quality was amazing. Also very slow at bringing out product here and keeping it fresh

The last two interactions we have had with this location was a disaster! The first time our food was late and BURNT as hell, when my husband called to complain the manager had the audacity to give him an attitude! Today, we ordered our food and an hour later it still hadn’t arrived. So again, my husband calls to ask what’s going on, and yet again the manager (same person) was rude again! Proceeded to YELL at my husband on the phone and hung up on my husband! Then after trying to calm down, he calls and asks for the corporate phone number. The employee that answered the phone refused to give the information and my husband could clearly hear the manager in the background still being disrespectful! I will never use this location again and I will tell everyone I know what a terrible experience we had with a totally unprofessional staff!
