Super fast food. There is very little contact with staff since the restaurant has moved towards a contact less business. You enter your own order at the kiosks, help yourself to the fountain drinks, and they call your name when the food is ready. Food was made perfectly.

Bugers seem smaller than before new kiosk system. Still good though. Milkshake was good. Lots of diners for time we went. Staff was friendly.

I really love the new process post covid. Instead of being waited on now, they have kiosks that orders are placed on. Which creates less interaction but you still get the same end result. Hot food and cold shakes

Steak ‘n Shake has changed so much. Every is self setup with screens to order and I have to be honest it feels like a lot less is on the menu these days. An Inflation and a pandemic was enough to turn it into a ghost town

I got in from Washington, DC and was starving. I went on Grubhub and a friend recommended this place and I said why not. Well, this was a GREAT choice! Super fresh food, reasonably priced and excellent service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Wonderful experience. This place has adapted well to short staffing by going to self ordering on the kiosk which was simple and I got to customize easily. We sat down and the drinks are self serve so you can get refills as you want. The food was delicious and accurate. Restaurant was clean and so were the restrooms. Great spot.
