I accidentally ordered from a different location, but they were able to save the day for us AND were nice about it! All the staff were helpful and seemed to all work well together.

I'm editing my review for this place. Went here one day to grab a coffee during my lunch break and the person taking my order was patient and polite because I didn't know what coffee I wanted yet. The person who served me the coffee was also really polite. The only thing that could be improved would be filling the coffee all the way to the top of the cup. I ordered a large peppermint latte and it was filled about 1 inch from the top. It tasted great though.

The person who greets you when you enter the place is such a sweetheart. She is the happiest lady and so so friendly.
My only complaint is the tables are never clean. Ugh

I mean who can resist Krisy Kreme??? I live an hour away and when ever I am in this area I always stop. Very clean. Always has a great selection. Staff could be a little friendlier but the donuts are delicious anyways!!!

Just a total positive experience, unlike Tim Hortons. Friendly staff, fast service, free donut sample and fresh, warm tasting donuts! A win win visit for sure. Will return!!

Drove up and ordered 2 dozen donuts this morning - person working the window was fabulous! I said you are doing the job of 3 people - he said he was the general manager - he had staff call off so kudos to him stepping up and getting the job done and doing a fantastic one at that! We need more people like this and for those that don’t show up for work shame on you. Please go in and support a manager who is getting the job done!

I had been wanting my daughters to have the full Krispy Kreme experience. We went today to the Polaris location. The owner/operator or manager was wonderful. I believe he said his name is Brian. He was quick, helpful and kind.
We loved the warm fresh cooked glazed the best.
The location was also very clean and served drive thru and in store very quickly.

The BOMB! Donuts used to not be my thing until now. I gave them and try WOOOW!! My mind has definitely changed its perspective in donuts. Lol I loved them! They're, flavorful, moist, just the right amount of icing and decorations. The staff were a joy to be around, all smiles and good laughs. They acknowledge you the moment you walk in! This is definitely my fav donut spot now, I had a great experience here. Thank you!! 😊😊

This is one of the favorite donut chain and this one is on Polaris parkway right opposite to chase big building. The best part of this location is you can see how freshly donuts are made from your eyes. They made big clear glass for everyone to see. The donuts are great here and amazing. They do have drive in as well for pick up. Apart from donut you also get cold and hot beverages. They do have mobile pickup limit as well.
