W.g. Grinders - Columbus - Photo album

Got a 20in BBQ pulled pork without the coleslaw. Dined in. When I received the sandwich, it was beautiful, extremely hot to the touch, but when folded in half, there were cold spots. I think it was the onions, though, as my brother had the same but as a 10 inch, and his sandwich had cold spots in si
This was excellent. I have not had Grinders in years, and this was better than I remembered. Our sandwiches were large, hot, and fresh, and didn’t cost very much, with a side of marinara sauce which was super tasty. I also had the house salad which was yummy and worth the drive. Will be returning so
We make a special trip to stop at Grinders anytime we are going to or through Columbus and they are becoming harder to find. This location is top notch… very clean, up to date and food was amazing. We had the Italian grinder & then split a no bake cookie. Their display case of salads & desserts lo
Love this place. Employees are all friendly and polite. They were all busy preparing orders and stocking. You would hear a little giggle but so quiet and I loved it.
Love the Atmosphere here. It's chilled and laid back with decor to enjoy looking at while you eat or wait for your food. Employees are always super nice. I recommend the Buffalo Chicken Stromboli. I request to have NO onions. Add Banana peppers and extra Mozzarella cheese. And Ranch for the dipping
I haven't been to a Grinders in many years but it was always my favorite sandwich place in town going all the way back to the old campus shop circa 1990. This was an excellent experience all around. The food was perfect. I had the baked chicken grinder and cheddar macaroni salad as this was one o
I was so pleasantly surprised with how delicious, and perfectly prepared my stromboli was. It was the perfect amount of cheese and meats and the breading was absolutely delicious. I also don't usually like Mariana and I loved theirs and their ranch is perfection. The staff was super friendly and
LOVE the all beef meatball sub from here! A lot of places mix pork & other things with their meatballs. WG Grinders is just consistently amazing! Food is made hot & fresh each order. And you HAVE to try their home made sugar cookies w/icing + no-bake cookies OMG unbelievable. I’m pretty picky about
We stopped for a late lunch and had the original Italian and meatball subs. We both had a combo with cheddar Mac. Everything was very good. I recommend leaving the Italian off the bread that they do for most subs.
This place is awesome. Plus there is a really cute red headed lady that works there. 10/10
Clean, friendly staff, made from scratch desserts, and everything is delicious!! Kid’s pizza was perfect for my toddler! Want to return and have lunch on the patio! Thank you so much!
This place is very good. The bread is fresh and top notch. The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh. Definitely best Grinder I’ve had. Sides are great also. I really like the pasta salad. The atmosphere is enjoyable and comfortable.
Best sandwiches around! The bread is amazing. The soup is always good and you can’t beat the desserts! The service is excellent and I would rather go here than some more expensive restaurants in town just for the service.
Best subs in town...seriously I've been coming here for the past few years and it really feels like a gem of a place. Usually when we go somewhere we choose a thing we like and stick with it. But...there are so many good things on the menu. Buffalo chicken, hot chicken, club, baked chicken, meatball
The food is great and the employees are usually nice. They are always busy b/c of how reliably great the food is... I try to call my order in sometimes b/c of my short window for lunch. Don't try this. The call will be disconnected. I imagine they hang up after placing the call on hold b/c it has h
Great sandwiches - All W.g.Grinders are not alike and thankfully this one is at the very top! No more eggs was a bit disappointing, more so because we ordered them for a BLT and would have order the special - Chicken Cordon Blue instead.
W.G. Grinders is a local place in Columbus, Ohio (there are only three locations). They make one-of-kind toasted subs and really delicious deli salads. Their subs are really heavy, filling, and delicious (this is not a Subway knock-off--it's very different). I'm a tall guy and weigh 190lbs and a 6"
