My cousin gave me a list of places to have a quick bite to eat upon our arrival. We chose Potbelly because they had great sandwich options and prices were good. The decor was awesome, fast and friendly service, and our food was delicious! We loved the Mac n cheese! They had a ton of chips and beverages tp choose from as well. It was the perfect stop for a quick bite and then back on the road.

Amazing staff and manager. Staff accidently added ingredient I didn't want-manager offered to make new sandwich, I declined-not a huge deal. He then comped my sandwich off my order. Top notch individual!

I love their sandwiches. I always get a skinny roast beef and turkey with provolone cheese, mustard, oil and Italian seasoning with a side of pepper. They also have great cookies! It’s a nice dine in area as well(always clean). The staff is super friendly.

Waited at takeout stand and order was never placed there. Then had to come back for forks . food was great but experience was disappointing for our first time ordering. However Active Menus was easy for me and my kids to order.

Stumbled upon this place via GrubHub. Sounded good, ordered it, and man, it was not good, but great!! Also, I've never ordered a side of Mac that makes me want to come back. This is THE sandwich spot in Columbus, period.

It was a great sandwich! I had the Italian and it was delightfully flavoful. Definitely make sure to get the hot peppers on the side to control the heat. And the place had a interesting feeling, I love the tin ceiling!

Always delicious! The wreck and Mediterranean salad were fantastic. Also, the chocolate shake is the most flavorable shake ever! And I don't just choose a chocolate shake anywhere!

Been grabbing lunch here for a few months and it's a great sandwich shop.. Today was the first time eating in and there was a dude jamming an acoustic guitar, great atmosphere!

Potbelly is easily the best hot sub shop around and has great prices too. The shakes are incredible and very cheap. The setup of the restaurant is very cool and vintage looking. Subway has nothing on potbelly.
