They're delicious, I got the steak bagel which had mayo,cheddar cheese steak lettuce tomato and onions it was delicious. You can customize a grand variety of bagels and sandwiches and they make them right there, it's like bagel buffet lol. Prices can be a bit much for a bagel but the taste at least for what I've ordered have been great :) good portions too

Just had my first bagel I bought from here. I was a bit hesitant because of the negative reviews about the staffs and service. My experience was great. It was not one of those fancy/polished place that charges you $$$, but was just as good (or better) service. The guy helped me with a bright smile, and one of the dozen bagels I got is SO GOOD. Will definitely come back again!

I work at the hospital near here and several times patients would mention this place and I’ve never been to it before. I’m so glad I did though. I love the comfy atmosphere and the food/coffee was delicious. I had the corn beef breakfast. Will definitely come back another time to try some more ❤️

Best place in Columbus to get bagels. Always has a real good selection. Service is always excellent and very friendly. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

LOVE this place!!! I ALWAYS get the egg salad on the Sundried tomato bagel with onion, greens, and a pickle on the side. You've got to try one of the muffins. The food is good and the service is friendly!!! The bagels and cream cheese are really good too!!! A must try!!!

The food was great, as usual! The staff was friendly. This is a really nice option for breakfast or lunch. The dough is always soft, and everything tastes fresh.

Great bagel shop that's been around for a while. If you like genuine NYC style bagels then this is your place. Best bagel I've gotten outside of NYC. Their bakery is also fantastic, decent selection and everything I've tried is good. If you are wanting a real NYC bagel then come here. If you are a person who doesn't like good bagels then maybe it's not for you, stick to Kroger.

I love blocks, I've been going since I was a baby, it definitely holds a place in my heart and stomach. My only complaint is that over the years I feel like the employees at this location have lost their customer service touch and instead are always grumpy, impatient, and trying to rush you (even when it's not busy).
