I have attended several committee meetings, over the years, at the Panera at 4519 N. High St.
The ambiance is quite nice; the staff is friendly; in addition, the building is accessible via COTA by those who do not drive.
I remember one weekend, several years ago, when the nearby First Unitarian Universalist Church had been hosting a youth retreat and had not allowed any adults unrelated to that retreat to be present in the building at any time during the retreat.
The Panera at 4519 N. High St. had been quite busy that weekend because several events that normally occur at the First Unitarian Universalist Church had been moved there.

Food is consistently good. Unfortunately, the last two times Ive been here the bussers at this particular Panera have been pushy about clearing plates. Today, the busser interrupted conversation to ask for empty plate while I was still eating my salad. I was confused as she *insisted* on taking just the bowl off the plate..?! I found it invasive. When she took bowl you could see all the carrots I had picked out of my cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Embarrassing. If it happens another time, Im gonna have to get rude.

I've always loved Panera! I usually get the pick 2 soup and salad. Today I decided try their Mac&Cheese very creamy, wonderful texture and the flavor is delicious 😊 service is always been polite and friendly. It's a well kept restaurant. I'll be back for more!!!

Day crew is always on point however the night crew could care more about the customers and less about getting out on time. A few times we ordered at night they shorted us on things we ordered and also flat out had a negative attitude about the ya ordering baked goods and then not having any.

Can we talk about how AMAZING their cheddar broccoli soup is?!?!? The staff are super friendly. I definitely recommend this store. Oh and try the papaya green tea, also a great highlight of Panera

Standard Panera. Good pastry options. Awesome smoothies!
Clean and tidy. Not too busy.
The service here was a bit slow the last time I went. Everyone was friendly, though.

This Panera is a great place to and study. Make sure to get one of their bread bowl soups or salads. Very filling. Just need to be aware before you come here that you are overpaying for what is essentially fast food. Definitely functions better as a coffee house.

Food is always good. The wait in minimal. They only problem I have with this location is they run out of the coffee I drink and they don't fill up the dark coffee, so I have to drink another kind.

Other than the tight parking spots directly behind the building, this is a decent Panera location. You can park in the adjoining church lot when they don't have an event.
Food is the same as the rest of the chain. Employees are typically college students, so service really varies.

Compared to other Panera locations, the staff here stands out, always being friendly and going the extra mile, such as with walking around to take your empty dishes away. It's also usually not too crowded here, so finding a table shouldn't be a problem.
