Went in for the first time. They had limited items due to waiting for a delivery. Trey who was making the sandwiches was very accommodating and friendly. His manager was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!
When I walked into Firehouse Subs, I was greeted by most of the staff, with "Welcome to Firehouse!" The guy at the register who took my order was really friendly and pleasant. I ordered the New Yorker and it was perfectly put together. Will be going back to this location.

I visited this location this evening and the staff was so extremely kind and welcoming. Every single employee working the front area acknowledged me and made sure to meet my needs on making sure to heat my sub extra. Was really one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while.
First time at this restaurant, placed order to take home. Ordered an Italian and chicken bacon sub, both small size. Both sub's were very good. Staff was friendly and professional, restaurant very clean.
