What a find!!
Stopped in after my wife said she wanted to try them. Our first visit.
We split a medium Philly cheese steak. I got my half plain while she added pickles and tomato.
We took it home. I added mayo.
We agreed it was tasty, although I’d prefer more onions and green peppers on mine.
Next visit I’ll ask for onion and green peppers to be added.
So if you’re shopping, as we were, in the Polaris area, don’t miss it.

We had to wait a few minutes to order but the cashier was nice and she was providing good customer service to the customer in front of us. We ordered the 3 bacon Philly, a chicken club, an ultimate fry, cheese fry and bacon/cheese fry. We sat down at a booth and less than 5 minutes later our order was done. No mistakes. Fries were hot and delicious. Sandwiches were great. Eating out is so pricey nowadays (course everything is) but when you get good food and service, it's completely worth it. We were still talking about the fries hours later. Very happy.

No Tomatoes Pickles or lettuce.
And yuk.. it had lettuce on it. Couldn't take back because I live 45 miles away.
Friendly staff, efficient wait times and appetizing food makes this Charleys worth going to especially if want to avoid the lines in the local mall.
Had a good lunch here today. Store is spacious enough to fit people in with social distancing, and was clean and well kept.
Ordering food was simple, and it was served pretty promptly.
Meal was a quality sandwich and Ultimate fries like I expect from Charleys, and not disappointed there.
If I'm in the area, will gladly stop at this location again.
As average as a cheesesteak could be. Place seemed clean though.
They charged me twice. I can't get a hold of the store or their corporate office. So be careful and check whichever account you use to pay.
Little expensive if you double the meat and cheese. 18 bucks for a medium lunch combo.

So I couldn't find a way to get just water from the fountain machine, but I have no real room for complaint - a helpful person from the counter came out and literally poured it for me. But management - at least put out a cheap sign. I watched that "dance" happen over and over while I ate there.
The subs at Charley's only come in "hot" - no cold subs. Fine on a chill October day, but during the hot summer, that would make them less desirable. I went with a medium Italian sub, and Charley's included a sizeable packet of flavorful, enticing vinaigrette dressing. The sub was excellent - especially the deli meat, which made the sandwich what it was - packed with flavor. It was presented butterflied and cut in two, but one of the halves lacked a lot of the ingredients which the other half had. It was imbalanced enough that I found the need to reassemble the hot sandwich with my fingers before consuming it.
Fries were long and a quarter inch thick and while prepared perfectly, they lacked flavor, although none went to waste. Personnel were friendly, smiling, eager to please, fast, and on point - I always like that. It makes a difference. All in all, but for a couple of nits Charley's was a good experience - one I'll seek out again.
