City Brew

The Grove City Brewing Company was a great experience. The place has a great environment in a cool building. The staff was awesome. We had a great waitress who did a really good job of helping us figure out what would be The right flight. Loved the selection... The black bean burger was really good. We did try the eggs Benedict to this meal - which was really good also... We plan on stopping back for brunch in the future because we were impressed with the whole experience

Megan and Jordan are the absolute best bartenders! Their drinks are amazing, their attention to customers is great, and they always remember customers. On top of this, the food is fantastic (though slightly expensive considering other places) and we love the atmosphere. If you’re a wine lover, you’ll love this place!! P.S. Sunday brunch is fantastic! And verrryyyy well priced!!

I've been to Grove City Brewing twice now. First was well over a year ago and the second just in the last few days. They offer some pretty good beer, nothing incredible, just very good. The food I had both times was delicious so no real complaints there. My issue with this place is the service. Both times I've been here I've waited at least 5-10 minutes for my first beer. It's a brewery, your bar staff should be on it when getting drinks into people's hands. Also the attitude of everyone working there makes me feel like they don't want me to be there. I felt bad asking the bartender for another drink, like I was a huge pain. The bartender also had very little knowledge of the beers on tap and when asking for a recommendation I was given a "Oh. uhh, they're all pretty good!" The last thing I noticed was the bartender adding the remainder of a bottle of liquor into another bottle. Last I was aware, bars in Ohio can be fined for this as it is against Ohio's liquor laws for bars. I will not be coming back. If they put the same effort into their service as they do the look of the place then they'd have something to keep me coming back.
