Outback Steakhouse

Outback is pretty great. Like any restaurant there are variations in service, food quality, and wait time depending on when you go. The last time we went was yesterday (Friday) at around 5:30. It was, surprisingly, not too busy. Our server, Max, was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when my wife had menu questions. Our food was perfect and the experience was great.

This is our favorite location. We were there 10/22/2023 and it was extremely busy. The one young lady that was on our side was tending to a large group and folks just kept piling in. A short time later the manager came out (Brady I believe) and assist us and all the other customers. It was as always, a great experience for us. Thank you to all the staff who make us feel comfortable and enjoy a great meal

If you want the best experience of your life come on a Monday. Devin is a positive force of happiness at the door, Elle is genuinely the best waitress I've ever had and is kind and a great ear, and Sean will always ensure that no matter if it's the best or the worst it will become your best day ever. I don't know the chef's names but I've never had better outback food from anywhere else and they never fail to beat their last experience. This is what all outbacks should strive to be!

We had no wait on this visit. We were seated quickly. Our table had not been cleaned well. There was a fairly large area of dried red sauce left behind. Our waitress apologized and cleaned it up quickly. My Porterhouse steak was decent but was tougher than usual. Mashed potatoes were not good today. The blooming burger was delicious. The hot honey shrimp had an attractive presentation. It was well made and spicy. Salad and bread were fresh. Overall, my experience was average. Having a great waitress made the experience better. There is plenty of parking. There is a take-out area that is separated from the seating area. They also offer curbside pickup.

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Outback Steakhouse thanks to our server, Jo. Jo's exceptional service truly made our evening special. From the moment we were seated, Jo was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They offered great recommendations, ensuring we had a delightful meal. Our drinks were never empty, and our food arrived promptly and cooked to perfection. Jo's warm and welcoming personality made us feel like valued guests. I highly recommend requesting Jo as your server; they truly went above and beyond to make our visit outstanding. Five stars for Jo's outstanding service!
