I thought this place was pretty good. I had a single dish instead of the barbecue. Service was a little slow but otherwise the food was pretty good. I had the Korean style sweet and sour pork which had a huge portion size.
It’s a little confusing as the building itself is closed and you go into Don Pocha restaurant to eat here. Same restaurant as far as I can tell. I would come back again to try more food.

I remembered to take pictures of the side dishes, but when they brought the other food out I was way too excited and didn't take any pics until it was all gone. I am planning to visit again to try more food from the menu. My friend and I shared Dak Kung Jung(닭강정), korean popcorn chicken in a sweet chili sauce--it was some of the best crispy chicken I've had and though the menu said it was spicy, it wasn't really. We also shared Hot Stone Bibimbap(돌솓비빔밥) and I loved eveything about it.

Incredible food but the service is what is especially amazing. Very friendly and accommodating as my friend has a severe sesame allergy and they made sure to make everything without it- constantly reassuring us too! I never had korean food before coming here and now ttebokki is one of my favorite foods now 😋

Really awesome place. Highly recommend the jampong jeongol. We got it at the max spicey level and were very satisfied!
The crab rangoon and the spring roll was okay, but the soup was more than worth it.

Great food at a great price. The staff had great personality. Was a little long on bringing my wife's dish out, but she devoured it happily once it arrived.
The fresh noodles really made the experience.

The traditional zanangmen flavor was subtle and comes with nice noodles. I loved the ribs and their marinade. Forget the name but the appetizer with homemade Korean red sauce, rice cakes, fishcakes was also delicious. My only complaint is they were out of steamed buns that night.

Referred to Poong Mei by a friend and we were not disappointed. We tried the Spicy Beef Hot Pot that is more than enough for two people. Our food came hot, wonderful spread of extra ingredients to add to the pot and the broth had a perfect balance of heat. If your considering dining there, definitely give them a shot!!!

Excellent food for the price. They were very accommodating when we showed up without a reservation. We got seated immediately and beat the evening crowd. The food is genuine, the noodles are made fresh. Everything was delicious. Many things to try out if you're into Korean food.

My friend brought me here and it was a transcendent experience. Felt like my mouth died, went to heaven, and came back glowing. Such perfect flavor combinations, and beautiful colors in the food. Definitely a vibing place.; it was filled to the brim with happy people. We did have to wait awhile for the food, but it was so worth it.

My favorite sushi place in town. Wait staff is very personable and portions are generous. Black Tiger Roll is unbelievable and one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Want to try the homemade noodles sometime in the near future.
