I had never eaten at a raising canes. I’ve always seen the long lines and other foodies Rave about canes chicken fingers, so I had to come and see for myself. Had to get a quick sampler, Jayla the cashier exhibits excellent customer service. And would be a great employee anywhere she’d go in the future. She likes her job and it shows. I was inquiring about what it was like to work in this establishment and I looked at few other things and she had great things to say and this seems like a great place to work. I am inquiring restaurant reviews from the people themselves! Well done management crew at raising canes.

Delicious. Plain delicious. Love their sauce, but the chicken itself is hands down perfect. The side dishes are yummy too, and the menu is small enough that you don’t have to make a wrong choice. It’s all good!
The staff at this location were so friendly, and the decor was great. Highly recommend.

Shout Out to Peyton! Everytime she works everything works. All around great food and great people but even better when she is in the house. I can always tell because the workers are genuinely happy and fun but methodical and efficient simultaneously. Chicken steaming hot and juicy. I can tell they are keeping the chicken and oil vats fresh. Salted fries too perfection and condiments ready and on deck. Pop iced just right to be cold cold but not watered down. I'm drowning in the love here at this flagship location. Not every location is this nice. They are nice no joke great company culture in general. But this one is the risising star and continues to rise. Like a sacred passing of the torch you can't replace some people. But if you're lucky you find someone who tries to live up to the phenomenon. A+ ❤️

First time trying this from out of town! The staff was amazing! We had a great time discussing the differences between here and NC! Daris was super sweet and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome! The rest of the staff was also super nice. Our food did not take long at all despite is being a huge order and was super tasty! The Canes sauce is OMGGGG so good also we can't wait to come back and visit again!

I love canes. The menu is incredibly simply so you know what you’re getting. The inside is coated in different posters and pictures which gives it its own style! The customer service at this location is wonderful👍

We went to this location (which was done the street from the Shottenheim Center on OSU campus) afterthe NF concert. Even though we got to the drive through at 11:30 and there was 5 cars in front of us and 6 cars behind us, the staff was friendly and fast. Our order was hot and fresh. We didn't wait longer than 4 minutes for out food. It was a great visit.

I'm honestly not a complainer.. But this branch, off Olentangy River Rd. Was an awful experience... Come in the door to an overflowing trash bin in the dining area... No towels in the men's or ladies room... Placed our order, only to be told the pop machines weren't working, after we had already paid... And then had to choose from only two clean tables in an almost empty restaurant... Got our order which was great... Good food... But when we left 15 minutes later the trash still hadn't been emptied and the tables were still a mess... The staff was friendly but seemed to be more interested in BS'ing than working... Stick to the drive thru... Disappointed...

They were swamped with a post-cheerleader competition rush. Food took much longer than usual (15 mins. +) and fries were badly undercooked, but the staff was handling it well.
Drink area and restroom were atrocious, and outdoor trash can was overflowing onto the ground.
