Creole Kitchen - Columbus - Photo album

The best catfish ever! This was my second time at Chef Butcher's Creole Kitchen. We went for dinner for the first time and got catfish and chicken jambalaya, both were spicy/hot but the catfish taste soo good. I'm not a big fan of spicy food but I have to say that I couldn't stop eating (and drink
We had a craving for some Creole food and came upon this restaurant. We're glad we did! Chef delivered on both the etoufee and jambalaya. I really loved the cabbage side dish. Spice level goes from 1-5 and even though we like a bit of a kick, level 1 was enough. We were really full, but we had to tr
I went to this place because a friend suggested to me. I ordered some gumbo, a perch meal, chicken audouille Jambalaya and some beignets. Man was I blown away with everything! The jambalaya was so damn spicy on a good side and the rest was history. I will be going back for more this week.
Delicious breakfast was served with a side of customer service today. I was on my way to the airport and walked in five minutes after they shut down service between breakfast and lunch. The chef shouted “I got it!” and made a fabulous seafood omelet and grits. Thanks Creole Kitchen!
Good food. Unique atmosphere. Great live music on Fat Tuesday. Be careful though, because I was threatened by a local in the parking lot on my way to my car… 😐
Stopped in The Mt Vernon Plaza and found this gem. Got take out. Had Creole garlic chicken wings, mac n cheese, grilled cabbage, and for dessert sweet potato cheesecake! The food was heavenly! Make the trip to the plaza and get some of the Creole Kitchen's delicious authentic Creole food.
Not sure maybe Mardi Gras function. Service slightly slow...my dish was ok, just wish I had ordered fried chicken or the fish that looked really tasty. Cash bar? No credit card... either cash or Zelle...so no drink for me. Was busy...had a little live music w/Roger Parish. Great atmosphere...
Home cooked southern food. About 15min drive from Columbus airport.
Excellent Service, Great Portion Size of Hot Fresh Food And Nice Price!! This place is a true gem in the Mt. Vernon area!!
Moved away from Columbus but when in town this is where we get our food! Tasty food with traditional flavors from New Orleans. Beignet are these we have ever had!
The FOOD was very good and flavorful. The portions were very generous. Make sure you have everything you're suppose to have and that nothing is spilling over. Also, be mindful of your surroundings at all times.
Absolutely loved the food and the staff was amazing and so sweet... It really made us feel like we were back home! Also the sweet tea was awesome!
I'll start this off with what I told Mr. Butcher. It has been over 35 years since I last ate a non-green bean and liked it. Every bean I have tried in other restaurants or cooked by family or friends has been disgusting, regardless of bean or cooking...until now. I spoke with him about the texture
Always greeted with a smile! Really good, fresh food. Our first time here for breakfast and we weren't disappointed.
Haven't been I'm quite some time since I moved away from the community! Went today for a quick breakfast sandwich. It was great! Service was nice. I usually get their pancakes which are amazing!!
One of the best mom and pop spots in town. Breakfast is great. If u like flavor go there.
