Our family dined at Bonefish on Christmas Eve. The restaurant was packed but our server, Dom, did a great job of being attentive to our table and never left us waiting for anything for very long. He was extremely busy but worked very hard for us as well as his other tables. He helped make our evening very special.

My family and I ate at Polaris Bonefish on Christmas Eve. We were greeted by our server Dominick with a warm smile and a friendly hello. He was both personable and professional. Our drink and food orders were taken promptly. Our food was delivered quickly with the temperature being perfect!
We will definitely recommend this restaurant thanks to Dominick and the bonefish staff.

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. The pumpkin spice lava cake and the white cosmo martini was so good. Our server Ashleigh was so sweet and professional and her service was superb. Ten stars for our server and everything else. I will be back real soon.

I’m not a person who eats seafood but I tried the rainbow trout and it was delicious. My meal was chicken Marsala, which I’ve also never had. Again delicious. Our waitress was excellent, chipper but not annoying and checked on us just the right amount. I thought it was beautiful in there and I thought it was a good price at $21.00 a piece.

Very high end experience food and service for not an insane price. Drinks are higher than most local sit down places but are 10x better than the price difference. If you want to impress on fine dining with non fine dining prices this is a great place. My trout was huge, both filets on one of the biggest trouts I've ever seen for a little more than 20 dollars? Insane. Seasonal premium risotto side? Delicious.

Cool place with a wide and varied menu of chicken, beef ( burgers and steaks), and sea food (shrimp, lobster, and fish). The prices are reasonable, in the mid twenties for most dishes. Our server was really pleasant but the appetizers, salads, and main corse all arrived at the same time. The calamari was particularly good, and we'll seasoned.

The food tastes GREAT and has an upscale feeling once inside. Service was quick, prompt and very friendly. Never had to ask for anything. I’d definitely recommend this place for a nice seafood dinner!

Have been to the Polaris location many times. Had a terrible experience tonight. 2 of us sat at the bar where there were 4 open seats. Bar tender said he didn't want to clean off the bar because he might have to serve dinner to somebody else. That was the highlight of our evening out. Too many choices up here to have to put up with an attitude like that.

We went here right before Christmas. Easy reservation on line, pleasant environment, server was excellent, friendly and helpful. The pesto dipping sauce is amazing. Food was excellent and the price was very fair. Highly recommended.

In town on business; rather ordinary exterior but amazing bar and food selection. Matt the Bartender was quick and attentive. Had the Fish Tacos and they ROCKED! Lots of lower priced smaller portions, which I like when solo. Lively bar. I would frequent this place if I lived here.

The service at Bonefish Grill is consistently really good. Our server, Heidee, made sure that we had drinks when we needed them and that the meal proceeded with no delays. Food arrived promptly, but that is probably also due to how few people were eating at the same time as us. But, as previously stated, service at Bonefish is always really good, and we’ve been there a lot. Bonefish Grill received a B for service primarily because the service on this particular day was a good as usual, but nothing about it really made this visit any more memorable than any of the dozen other times we’ve eaten there.

Happiest Happier Hour.... I don't know what some of these reviews below are talking about, but we've been coming to the Polaris store for going on 3 years now, and we've never had a bad experience. We enjoy our time there so much that we have brought friends, family, coworkers, even my BOSS out to share this place! The servers are knowledgeable and genuinely care how your experience is; unlike some places where your basically herded through dinner so they can make a quick buck. They've just expanded their Happy Hour to include food options, Bang Bang Tacos are to die for! The staff recognizes me when i come in, remembers what random things i have going on in my life, and makes me feel like part of the team, not just another customer. The quality of food far surpasses that of the Fish Market or that disgrace to seafood, Fisherman's Wharf. If you have a problem with the food or service, it's probably you that's the issue. <br/><br/>By the way, if you feel your food is not prepared to perfection, don't sit there an be dissatisfied, tell you server so they can make it better to your liking and ensure they've done everything they can to go above and beyond for you! Don't complain if you don't give people the chance to make it right! Everyone's human.<br/><br/>Love this place!

Huge let down!!!!. I was totally amped to try Bonefish but the prices, oh my! The fishy aroma, oh my! The service? It was spot on. Had a friendly, attentive and menu educated server. Wish I could remember her name!!!!! With the exception of the bang bang shrimp, our food was sub par. I had the Imperial Long fin and the first thing I noticed was the strong fishy odor. I gave it a taste and was overwhelmed by strong fishy taste. Hmmmmmm seeing a red flag here. Don't send food back so I asked for a box. Not a complainer I just never go back. I really had high expectations for this place....... Sometimes you really don't get what you pay for.

Great service, nice scenery, but most of all, amazing food. Try the tacos, I uploaded a photo earlier of them, they were delicious. Not too expensive either... :) balsamic vinaigrette on the lettuce, so good...

It was pretty bad. The food is REALLY bad for the prices they charge. I got a shrimp dish that tasted like it was cooked in ketchup. The server was too young to understand my question about the wine list... there are just way better places around for seafood. And red lobsters always around for comparable quality.

Love it !!. Its great food served in a great way. The tuna sashimi is to die for as is the Bang Bang Shrimp. Sit in the bar area for the best service and drinks!

Love Bonefish!. I've never had a bad experience here and am totally surprised by the reviews. Get the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer and prepare for a foodgasm.<br/>I think the seafood is as good as it gets in Ohio.

Keep driving. Bonefish is not worth the stop. The menu looks great but wait for the food. I would rate the food quality similar to a Bob Evans or maybe Mimi's. Expect to pay more than Bob or Mimi's but do not expect better food.

Food and atmosphere were great! Very clean and a bit upscale .my daughter and I were concerned we were on jeans .anyway dig the bread and oil service. Also found the menu to be larger than it appears.so as a firstimer I wanted everything;Hal my server,edid a terrific job of reining in my appitite by going over the menu point out personal favorits and .I ordered wolf fish with creamspinach garlic mashed potato and a delious vegetable medoly .my daughter (after being warnned)enjoied the bang bang tacos or should I say housed the tacos she loved them even tho her mouth is still on fire .we didn't have room for dessert .so it was a good thing I never got that ceveche I ordered .when I got my bill I was very pleased the prices ard deffinetly reasonable and the food delicious
