I ate the braised short rib for dinner and forgot to take a picture all delicious. Tip the servers well they work hard. My husband got the scallops said they were delicious and I got the muscles Diablo. I don’t like spicy so I can remove it and they did a a garlic substitute. We will be back. Beautiful decor. The only downside is parking is super snug.

Best restaurant in Columbus. Everything I've had here is superb. Delicious, well prepared, and a great variety of options. Also had the Flan, Tres Leches cake, and chocolate cake and all melt in your mouth. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem.

If you asked me yesterday if I would ever order mashed potatoes at a restaurant, I would answer “no. Never.” But after returning to Sidebar and eating off my partners’ plate, I would absolutely order mashed potatoes the next time I return to Sidebar. The food is absolutely delicious with many vegetarian options. Staff is exceptional. I love how the food comes out in waves. Cheers! 🌊

Food was absolutely amazing. We loved everything we ordered from the appetizers to the dessert. The location we sat was brighter than the rest of the restaurant but it wasn't bad. We were checked on once or twice after the food came out. Overall, food was delightful and moderately priced. Service was good. Atmosphere at any other part of the restaurant would have been better.

Food quality is top notch. Anyway food isn't bad I'll stick to the small portion not the entree on back side they're not that far apart. I wouldn't probably go back again but it's a good atmosphere. Good to try new things.

I really enjoy this place. I have a great experience every time I come here. At this point I think I've tried all of their menu items and there is nothing I would not get again. I was there last night, and I accidentally gave the waitress the wrong credit card to pay with. I realized it after she brought the receipt back to me. I explained the situation and the waitress voided the transaction and allowed me to pay with the correct card. Great, great customer service. I can't wait to come back.

One of, if not the best places in Columbus for authentic tapas. The food is a beautiful blend of Spanish, Mediterranean and Latin flavors. The Galecian Octopus is incredible and the best I've had outside Europe. I don't know how they keep it so tender. The croquettes, spicy potatoes, and rack of lamp are can't miss items also. The decor is great and the service is top notch. Parking has never been an issue. Usually $2-3 for a meter on Main St. and we're in. Columbus is lucky to have this place.

I absolutely love this restaurant! They have the best happy hour, delicious drinks, phenomenal food and a great atmosphere! All of the Tappas are amazing but my favorite things are the plantains and the mushrooms! The staff is super nice and helpful here as well

Great menu! Fantastic ingredients prepared perfectly. The most hospitable staff I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying in this city. First-rate all the way. The lamb shank is so good, and comes with a delicious risotto. The spinach stuffed eggplant tapas is almost a meal by itself, and is so good!

Easily, one of the best if not THE best restaurants in Columbus. I have been multiple times and it never ceases to amaze me how great the food is, the service is, and how great the drinks are. If you have never been, please go because you will not regret it. All friends and family that come visit, one of the first places I take them to to truly represent how great Columbus is, is Sidebar. In my most recent visit, Chris was serving us and wow, just wow. There easily needs to be more people like him because he cared for me and my family like we were his own family even though it was after closing time.

My wife, Jennifer picked Sidebar as our dinner spot for our anniversary. Was not disappointed at all! Enjoyed the tapas of fried squid, spicy potatoes, spicy sausage, beef empanadas, smoked salmon bruschetta, and cilantro hummus w/grilled pita bread. Oh, and the chocolate madness for dessert capped off our visit for the evening. Can’t wait to come back and try the Lamb Shank (highly recommended by our server, Robert, and is his fav dish). Lucuma Cheesecake (A Cheesecake contender for number 1).
Tres Leches (My favorite cake and perfectly made Tres Leches).

We had an amazing evening at Sidebar122 tonight ~ four of us were there for a friend's birthday.... It was Tapas Tuesday and the free 5 courses of Tapas (if you order a cocktail) were fresh, delicious, and seemlessly
presented. We also ordered a couple of small plates from the Vegetarian menu to share- delicious Cheese Empanadas with a fresh tomato salsa and the best Chili Relleño I've had in Columbus ! They brought out a beautiful complimentary Trés Leches cake with fresh berries, whipped cream and a Happy Birthday written in raspberry sauce. Wonderful ! We had great, warm, professional service and top notch food and cocktails. We feel like we unearthed a diamond in our own neighborhood !!!

Sidebar is now my versatile go-to spot. Great happy hour and date night spot. Even better when you've got a few friends and can share tapas with everyone. I find the best way to enjoy Sidebar is to get drinks and a couple tapas: eat, drink, order more!

We had the special paella for four. You need to order it a couple of days ahead, but it is well worth it. Despite 4 hearty eaters, we brought some home. An awesomely delicious combination of seafood. If you are a frequent diner or a new diner at this restaurant this is a must dish for your group.
